From the moment I walked in the office to the time I left was relaxing, yes a dentist office relaxing. All the staff I met were friendly, talkative, did things at my pace with no rushing no sense of annoyance. The consultation was amazing coming from someone who fears dentist, everyone listened to my concerns and focused on what I said to make the best treatment plan for me. I honestly can't wait to go back for my next appointment. I definitely recommend Kelly Dental for any of your dental care!!!

Kelly Dental Care is a place to go if you have dental problems. Very friendly staff, nice and clean environment make you feel relaxed and be sure that in this office you will get all the help possible. My visit to Kelly Dental office was a very pleasant experience. Don't think twice where to go if your tooth is hurts.

First off, this office is very accommodating. I accidentally showed up EIGHT HOURS early for my appointment (they fit me in sooner since they had a cancelation and I showed up on the rescheduled day, but at the time of the initial appt ), and they worked me in so I didn't have to come back. During my visit, every one of my questions was answered, and I didn't feel at all rushed. I am having a full mouth of implants done, so it's a very big procedure with many decisions to be made. Dr Kelly and hygienist Allison were extremely considerate, respectful, empathetic, and professional. I explained to Allison that one of my teeth was causing me pain and she was very careful as to not bumping it during the extensive x-ray procedure. She also continuously asked if I was comfortable throughout the appointment. She and Dr Kelly answered every one of my million questions. My past experience with dentists has always been feeling rushed and the dentist not really seeming to take into consideration the emotional impact of the procedure that I will be undergoing. Having all of my natural teeth removed and replaced with implants is a huge deal, especially to someone like me in their 30s. I've had consults with other dentists and no one else had the "bedside manner" and level of compassion that Dr Kelly and Allison did. It was very evident that they have a true passion for their work and enjoy what they do. The office was super clean, there was virtually no wait time, and even the woman who scheduled my appointment when above and beyond to help me get an appointment ASAP due to my circumstances. These are the reasons that I will be traveling 5 hours from Delaware to NEPA to have my smile perfected by Dr Kelly and his team instead of choosing of the many dental offices here in Delaware.

The staff was very professional. I liked Dr. Kelly. He was helpful and willing to work with my regular dentist. The office is nice, the view from my chair was overlooking the street which kept me occupied. My only complaint was that they don't take my insurance (delta dental). They do the paperwork for reimbursement so it works for me.
