Born and raised in Bountiful, Utah, Dr. Paxton always wanted to be a dentist. After graduating from Brigham Young University in Exercise Science, Dr. Paxton attended The Ohio State University School of Dentistry. It was here that he found a passion for the art of dentistry, as well as for helping patients to fall in love with their smiles. Every year he attends the Texas Dental convention where he receives many hours of continuing education. He regularly attends other CE courses to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in dentistry.
Dr. Paxton has worked as a general dentist since 2011 and loves going to work each day. He is extremely gentle and caring. You will enjoy his fun, and friendly personality, radiant positivity, and genuine care. He is an active listener, and wants to learn about your specific goals for your smile. His philosophy of dentistry is to provide the quality of work that he would provide for his own family. He is guided by his belief in precise and exceptional dentistry, with a focus on educating patients about their oral health. Each patient can expect to feel comfortable, welcomed, and at home in his practice.
Dr. Paxton has been happily married to his wife, Krista, for over 15 years, and they have five adorable children. They love to create traditions and memories with their children and most evenings they enjoy playing games, going on family walks, and having dance parties in the family room. Dr. Paxton loves living in Texas and is an avid sports fan. Volunteering for two-years as a missionary in Peru, Dr. Bart Paxton learned to speak Spanish fluently. He is an Eagle Scout and an active member of his church.
Since March of 2014, Alexis has been a caring and dedicated employee, functioning as both a registered dental assistant and our office manager. She graduated with her Registered Dental Assistant degree in 2008. Every day, Alexis works to build our patients trust and educate them on dental topics. She takes pride in helping patients understand their dental work, and their insurance benefits and limitations. She understands the front desk and the clinical area, so we are grateful to have her serve as Office Manager.
Alexis married her high school sweetheart, Jorge, and they have two sons named Aiden and Ryan. In her free time, she loves being outdoors, attending her sons sports games, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. The Medrano family has two pets, a chocolate lab named Nova and a box turtle named Leo.
Madison joined our team in September 2016 after graduating from Midwestern State University in May of that same year with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. We appreciate her service! She treats her patients like part of the family and makes their time with us as enjoyable as possible. To Madison, we have the best patients, and she loves that she gets to improve smiles for a living! Madison has been married to her best friend, Austin, since May 2016 and in her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and running.
April joined our team in 2018. She has been a dental assistant for over seven years, and has experience working both general dentistry and in oral surgery. She enjoys being part of an office that feels like family, and uses her experience to provide our patients with excellent care and help them feel at ease. April likes recommending to people to come and visit our office.
Cheyenne graduated from Weatherford College in August 2018, and joined our team in December 2018. Cheyenne is a team player, and loves being part of a team that helps build each other up to be successful. She brings a positive attitude with her each day.
Cheyenne has one sister. Although they are six years apart, they share a birthday! She also has a large extended family her father is one of 18 siblings. Outside of the office, she enjoys cycling at CycleBar, going to the gym at Orangetheory Fitness, being outdoors and spending time with her family.

Keller Town Dental is wonderful! We recently had to change providers for insurance reasons. As a very nervous dental patient, this is not an easy choice! Very satisfied with Dr Paxton and his associates. The office was closed when I called. Hubby had a toothache and swollen jaw. Dr Paxton texted back to let me know he called in antibiotics and he will see us the next day! Always great service everytime we're in the office for dental appointments.

This was the best dental appointment I've had in many years! Dr. Paxton's office is very well organized and the dental hygienist, Madi, was very professional, respectful and did an excellent job! Dr. Paxton, also, was professional, personal and competent. He answered my questions and took care of a minor issue I asked him about, on the spot! My appointment was on time as scheduled.
