Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Big shout out for Tracy and the team, I usually very scared of going to dentist appointment and they always make me feel welcome and comfortable, overall the experience was great

From beginning to end, the experience here was uncomfortable. It was my first visit and I had come for a dental check up and cleaning, as is typically recommended every 6 months. When I entered there were two receptionists, they were busy and asked me to sit down to fill out some paperwork. While I was waiting I noticed another person in the waiting room. The receptionist called her up to go over the dental recommendations. The customer looked young and the list that was recommended for her seemed quite extensive. I figured that she was another sticky candy eating, no brushing young person (not unlike how my children would like to be) that just needed help. I overheard the receptionist that was providing the dental service information give the customer an overwhelming number. Listening to her recoil in shock, I was surprised to hear the receptionist continue to push for the sale. In a state of relief, the conversation was over and I overheard the receptionist call My dental insurance. The dental insurance we have is pretty good and has a $7,000 annual limit. Meanwhile, it took 2 HOURS to get called back for x-rays, I met a bright and energetic image technician with fantastic small talk skills. When my imaging was complete I was led to a dental chair, and in the room were big posters on gums and periodontal numbers. I knew they would recommend a "Deep Cleaning" before even talking to the dentist. When the dentist came in she started right with the numbers Deep Cleaning Recommended, sigh...Predictable. I also had a wisdom tooth that was troublesome, the Dentist recommended removing it, along with the tooth next to it, due to decay. My first thought was "I need to go soon to get the kids, I've been here two hours already". I asked about the regular cleaning, and she said "Someone will be in here to talk to you about what the costs will be". I met the receptionist in the hallway, as I was walking out and she handed me the Quote too go over. Care to guess? Yep, slightly over $7,000. it was time to run, I had wasted enough time here. When I got a second opinion, it confirmed my suspicions. This whole experience tells me that the Management here is pushing to get as much of the insurance money as they possibly can. The problem is, my mouth pays the price of the overachieving Management Practices. The Endodontist I ended up going to had Me, the Customer, in mind the whole time. Timely, No pressure and a staff of true professionals that understood one thing, Helping People. Keller Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics Not Recommended

Do not go here! I had dental work done back in December of 2022 and was in a terrible amount of pain after a crown for over a month!!! I went back 2 or 3 times for them to adjust it as they wouldn't listen that it wasn't a root issue it was too high. I had several crowns at this point with no issue. Finally they called in a different dentist that listened to me and they filed the crown basically down to a flat square and WOW, no more pain!!! They wanted to leave my tooth like that with no texture. I wanted the crown switched to a lab made crown and they decided they would rather not fix the work so they opted to refund my money. Great? NOT. It is now the middle of September and I have still not received my refund. I have signed documents, I have called at least 15 times. Their manager is always on the run, never calls back, they change managers, they don't know what's going on. Save yourself the PAIN and hassle and go to a dentist that knows what they are doing. P.S I still want my refund. Soon I suppose i will need to set up a table outside of the office?

Friendly and knowledgeable staff when you're booking and getting work. but if you have pain or need adjustments, don't expect to get in quickly to get relief. Also they are closed on Monday but their google and apple maps listing and their phone does not reflect that so I waited on hold for an hour and half trying to get ahold of someone, but to find out they were closed.

My son had an emergency appointment prior to flying out of the state. Not only did the staff accommodate him, but they were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. The front desk secretary made him feel at ease and we enjoyed her company as he was serviced. We will definitely be back for regular checkups.

Buyer beware! This place wastes your time and overcharges for dental work. When you make an appointment as a new patient for cleaning they may or may not clean your teeth even though that's what you scheduled. They have very minimal staff and take one appointment to make it into two. A complete money grab. My family will not return.

The care that I received was exceptional and I will be coming back to this practice well into the future. Dr. Oushy is extremely competent and professional. I'll top of that she is extremely pleasant and patient as she explained my treatment plan. Sarina made me feel right at home and everything about my interaction with her was great! That made it real it easy for me to follow her directions. It was important to her that I was comfortable and knew what was happening at all times.

I was an emergency work-in with substantial pain. Dr Oushy was quick to reduce any anxiety and discuss a treatment plan. Extremely professional and courteous with a calming demeanor. Her staff was helpful and friendly.

If I could give 10 stars I would! From the front desk to the back office this dentist office is hands down (or up) the BEST dental office I have EVER been too! I tried Ideal Dentist (which is right across the street) a few times and at my first visit I can't lie I thought I had finally found a decent dentist office to go to...but I quickly learned that the first visit was the only good thing about it. I won't go into details but let me just say they won't ever work in my mouth again...not after my experience with Keller Modern who restored my faith in dentists lol...they are simply top notch! They are personable, respectful, caring and can even joke and laugh all while giving you great care and attention. And Dr. Oushy is absolutely AMAZING! She truly cares and asks you ever step of the way how you are doing. I could even hear her talking to other patients while I waited and she doesn't waiver in her genuine concern and care for her patients. I saw the hygienist Tracy for the first time today and let me tell you she is equally AMAZING! We laughed ALOT! It was great! I had to have quite a bit of work done from previous bad dental care and they took good good care of me! Not only me but my two older children have been there as well! I can't say enough good things about this dental office. If you are on the fence about them - GIVE THEM A TRY! I am so glad to have found a dental office I actually look forward to going to! I am a client for life! Well let me say - if Dr. Oushy leaves I may have to follow her lol (if the location is in reason of course) but I hope she has no plans to go anywhere anytime soon! Though I am confident with their level of care another dentist would be just as great! Thank you guys for taking care of me and making me feel so welcomed and comfortable! Keep up the GREAT work! I have NOT been paid to post this review! It is real and from my heart!

Dr. Springer is an amazing Dentist and person. I have pretty sever dental anxiety from bad experiences in the past and every 6 months I feel a little more at ease about the dentist. She goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and informed. I really appreciate how every time I come in I do to have to re-explain my fears and anxieties. She takes the time to take notes and remembers for our next visit. She personally cleans my teeth with hand tools instead of the electric tools because the sounds contribute to my anxiety. I also really like how she teaches me best practices for keeping my teeth healthy and avoiding pain in the future. I am so so grateful I found this office.

My family and I have been going here for a while now and it is a really great place. Everyone from the dentists to the staff are very friendly and my hygienist, Tracy, does such a great job! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a dentist's office in this area.
