At Keledjian Dental, we provide outstanding dentistry in a welcoming and relaxed environment. We want your dental experience to be an exceptional one, and that requires our entire team to be on board with our patient-focused philosophy.

Our team is experienced, and many of them have been with us for over a decade. Education is important to our staff, and they always stay informed about the latest techniques and technology to benefit our patients.

At Keledjian Dental, our team is exceptionally skilled at both dentistry and patient care. We know you have many choices when it comes to your dentistry, and that is why our team has been hand-chosen to provide you with compassionate, comprehensive, and high-quality treatment.

A Fresno native, Dr. Keledjian graduated from the University of California Davis and earned his dental degree from the University of California, San Francisco. While at UCSF, he received multiple clinical excellence awards as well as an ethics and professionalism award. Upon returning to the valley, Dr. Keledjian completed a one-year postgraduate residency at Fresnos University Medical Center and Veterans Administration Hospital. There he worked on medically compromised patients, cases of varying degrees of anesthesia, advanced dental procedures, hospital dentistry, and emergency techniques.

Dr. Keledjian is very active in the community, participating with local groups and Christian medical missions such as the non-profit Healthy Smile Mobile Dental Foundation, a local non-profit organization serving children without access to dental services throughout San Joaquin Valley. As a member of Madera Kiwanis, he is active in helping with events, including the Madera Fair Livestock Auction, Old Timers Parade, and Candlelight Wine Stroll. And as an office, they participated in events such as Kids Day, which helped raise money for Childrens Hospital Central California and Relay-For-Life with an overnight booth in Lions Town and Country Park. In 2012, he became president of the Fresno Madera Dental Society, which is the local component of the American Dental Association.

Dr. Keledjian has devoted himself to clinical excellence and education, taking advanced training and education in several dental fields, including dental implants, sleep apnea, Invisalign, and cosmetic dentistry. He has also completed an aesthetic residency and is currently a member of several study clubs to further his education.

Although a Fresno native, in 2002 I began my dental career In Santa Clarita, CA. After several years working with the same Dr. and team, my husband and I decided it was time to move closer to family. We found ourselves in the foothills of Clovis one property from my parent's ranch; I guess we meant it when we said closer to family! Collectively we have 6 children and enjoy spending time together riding horses and having family BBQs. I feel so grateful to have become a part of Dr. Keledjians practice and his amazing team. I love seeing the relationships that have been built here throughout the years with patients and with one another. So happy my path lead me to Keledjian Dental!

My name is Michele Kaufmann. I have been brightening smiles since 2001 when I graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at San Joaquin Valley College in Visalia. I have worked in many dental offices over the years but none as exceptional as Keledjian Dental. Together we are a great team because we share the same goals and commitment to our patient's oral care. The love we have for our patients shows in our chairside manner. The love we have working with each other is evident by the positive, uplifting, and jovial office vibe.

I have worked in the dental field since 1998 and have to say I am truly blessed to be a part of this amazing team with Keledjian Dental. I am excited to see the continued growth in our office that I call home. Sometimes when patients lose teeth or have a serious infection, it can affect your jawbone levels. Often, this bone loss may go undetected until you need treatment like a dental implant to replace an extracted tooth. In order for dental implants to be successful, it is necessary for the bone to be dense enough to support and integrate with the dental implant.

When your bone levels are low, we sometimes recommend bone grafting so that you can still have the implants you want and need. Though bone grafting involves an extra step, we have helped numerous patients just like you to rebuild their bone and support implants. Dr. Jason Keledjian is highly skilled in the area of bone grafting.

Bone grafting involves placing artificial or donor bone at the site where bone regeneration is required. Once the donor bone is in place, we allow you time to heal. During the healing process, if your body responds well, you will integrate the donor bone and it will become part of your jaw.

While bone grafting may sound like a traumatic treatment, it is relatively routine and your recovery time should be similar to that of any other type of oral surgery. Dr. Keledjian is extremely gentle and will make sure that you are comfortable for the duration of your bone grafting procedure by numbing the area where he will place the donor bone.

The pain you experience depends upon a number of factors such as if we harvest donor bone from another site inside your mouth or we use donor bone. If your bone is used, you will likely experience greater discomfort, but can be easily managed with medication.

Pain also varies from person to person. Dr. Keledjian wants you to feel completely comfortable for your recovery. If you experience difficulty, the best thing to do is let us know so that we can help.

Once your procedure is complete, Dr. Keledjian will advise you of how to care for your bone grafting site in order to ensure the greatest success and least amount of pain. He may prescribe post-operative pain medication to assist with your comfortable recovery.

We understand your concern about pain and encourage you to contact our office if you have specific concerns. Our knowledgeable staff will answer your questions and help you make a good decision for the future of your oral health.

Autograft bone is bone that is taken from somewhere on the patients own body. Usually it comes from another site within the mouth, chin, or back portions of your jaw. Some doctors consider autograft bone the best because it contains your own cells from your own body and has a high success rate. One of the drawbacks is that because you are donating your own bone, you will have two surgical sites that need to heal.

Allograft bone comes from an animal of the same species as the recipient. An organ donor, or cadaver, is the source in an allograft donation. Donor bone undergoes various treatments in order to make sure no diseases spread from donor to recipient.

Xenograft bone comes from an animal of another species, usually bovine. Scientists can harvest larger amounts of appropriate bone from large animals and that is why they remain a good choice for donation.

Any surgery comes with certain risks either from the procedure itself or from the medication used in healing. However, Dr. Jason Keledjian regularly performs bone grafting procedures with no complications. Today, bone grafting is incredibly common and well practiced among dentists.

Dr. Keledjian will discuss the risks and benefits with you prior to treatment. Sometimes people develop infections after surgery, but if you follow our aftercare instructions and take good care of your health after your bone grafting procedure, you will have nothing to worry about.

The safest and most effective bone grafts are performed with the patients own bone. Because your donor bone contains cells from your own body, it is most easily integrated. If it is not possible to harvest bone from you, an animal or organ donor would be the next best choices. All bone harvested from human and animal donors is treated and tested so that it is completely safe.

Dr. Jason Keledjian and our team at Keledjian Dental see kids within six months of their first tooth emerging or by their first birthday. This may seem early to some, but youre never too young to get a head start on your smile! The American Dental Association even states that children should first see the dentist during this time period.

A childs first dental visit may last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. This depends on the childs age and what they need. A routine dental visit may include an exam of their teeth, gums, jaws, oral tissues, and bite so we can monitor their growth and development.

We know some kids may be afraid of going somewhere unfamiliar or meeting someone new, but our entire team always strives to make our patients feel comfortable and at ease in our careno matter their age! We love treating children and seeing their tiny smiles grow over the years.

  • Cosmetic dental bonding can repair minor cosmetic flaws such as gaps or chips in your teeth. It utilizes the same composite material we use for dental fillings. We can replace your black fillings with composite ones to improve your smile, as well.
  • Veneers provide the most dramatic results when it comes to cosmetic dentistry. We completely cover your natural tooth with a beautiful porcelain veneer in order to correct major flaws. How many veneers you will need depends upon your smile and anatomy.
  • In order to find out which procedures will work best for you, we should see you for an evaluation. That way, Dr. Keledjian will be able to provide you with an accurate treatment plan for your desired outcome.

When you think of sleep-disordered breathing, seeking your dentist in Madera, CA for sleep apnea treatment might be the furthest from your mind. Because sleep apnea can impact your oral health and your dentist is an expert in the geography of the structures of the head and neck, you might find he or she has some valuable advice, in addition to some treatment alternatives that are more convenient than CPAP treatment.

Sleep apnea may also lead to dry mouth because sufferers of sleep apnea often sleep with their mouths open. Dry mouth increases the risk of periodontal disease and decay due to reduced saliva the mouths automatic cleaning mechanism. Sleep apnea also negatively impacts nearly every system in the body.

At Keledjian Dental, we care about your general health and well-being, so we also offer our Madera patients treatment forsnoring and sleep apnea. Once we have our initial evaluation, we will be able to let you know what type of treatment may work best for you.

For many patients, oral appliance therapy is the solution to help you get a restful nights sleep. This non-invasive night guard is designed to position your lower jaw slightly forward and keep the airway open so you can breathe freely. This device is will not only keep your snoring under control but will also help you get a more restful nights sleep.

For patients with severe sleep apnea, a mouthguard might not be the safest choice. In this case, Dr. Jason Keledjian will refer you to a physician who specializes in sleep-related breathing disorders. He or she will conduct a sleep test to monitor your heart rate and breathing to see if CPAP treatment is right for you. The CPAP device machine keeps the airways open by forcing pressurized air into the airway while you sleep.

If you suffer from hypertension, taking medication according to your doctors advice is important to avoid a life-threatening heart event. What if a simple dental procedure could also assist with reducing high blood pressure? A recent study shows that addressing gum disease can do just that.

For decades, research has linked gum disease with systemic health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, low birth weight babies, and respiratory illnesses. Recent research even links certain types of cancers to periodontal disease, especially in aging women.

The recent long-term study conducted in China is the first study to show that periodontal treatment alone can help to reduce systolic blood pressure. This study and others like it are helping researchers understand the relationship between infection in the gums and heart disease.

Gum disease treatment in our Madera dental office requires custom treatment for each patient. By tailoring your care to meet your needs as they change throughout your lifetime, we can help you enjoy better whole-body health in addition to a winning smile.

If you do any reading about oral health and medicine, it is likely you have heard about the link between gum disease and a host of other systemic conditions. Here are some examples of diseases that have a link to gum disease:

A recent study by Johns Hopkins has discovered the link between rheumatoid arthritis and periodontal disease. It turns out that the two conditions share a common bacterium, Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans.

We offer comfortable periodontal treatment in Madera. Dr. Jason Keledjian and our hygiene team will help you get back on track to optimum health and a beautiful smile. Contact our office by either calling (559) 673-2257 or by sending us an email today.

Many people do not realize that they have gum disease because in the early stages, it may not present any symptoms at all. If you do not brush and floss your teeth daily, or skip dental cleanings, you probably have some level of gum disease, which affects more than 50 percent of adults.

Periodontal disease is diagnosed by your dentist at your regular exam. In our Madera, CA dental office, your dentist or hygienist will take measurements of the space between your teeth and gums and look for signs of bleeding. We will share this information with you and monitor your condition closely.

When symptoms do start up, red gums that are inflamed and bleed when you clean your teeth are common. At this stage, periodontal disease is reversible as long as there is dedication to good home care and a customized dental cleaning.

As gum disease advances, reversing it is nolonger an option. Symptoms can include gum recession, bad breath, painful gums, and even tooth mobility. We can manage it, however, with increased frequency of dental cleanings, home care that follows your dentists recommendation, and in some cases, medicine to fight bacteria either applied directly to the gums or in the form of a rinse.

If you arent diligent about oral hygiene, the plaque that sits on your teeth eventually turns into a hard substance called tartar or calculus that forms above and below the gum line. Tartar can lead to gum disease and receding gums and can only be removed through periodontal treatment by one of our skilled hygienist using special tools.

One way you can avoid the need for periodontal treatment in Madera, CA is to develop a daily at-home oral hygiene routine of brushing and flossing and then stick to it. If youre not sure youre doing it properly, one of our hygienists will be happy to demonstrate the technique you need to get your teeth clean.

If Dr. Keledjian or an oral surgeon recommended that you have bone grafting prior to your dental implant procedure, it usually means that you do not have adequate bone to successfully support a dental implant. Do not worry, we may be able to help.

Tooth loss and periodontal disease both contribute to bone loss. We can determine your bone levels with x-rays and make a diagnosis based on our findings. If bone grafting is necessary, Dr. Keledjian will explain the entire procedure to you prior to treatment.

Bone grafting allows us to regenerate your bone so that you have enough density to support a dental implant. Because your implant will absorb force from chewing, it needs to be imbedded securely in order to maintain longevity and stability.

Cosmetic dentistry today really has no limits. From basic services like professional whitening and dental bonding to the most complex services, including dental implants and veneers, cosmetic dentistryat our Madera dental office addresses a wide range of aesthetic concerns.

Whether you have never liked your teeth or they just became damaged over time, Dr. Jason Keledjian can design a treatment plan to improve your appearance and give you confidence when it comes to your smile.

As we age, our teeth can become worn or dull-looking. This can pose a problem both socially and professionally if you do not feel confident enough to smile. When we approach a cosmetic dental treatment plan for our patients, we focus on what is most important to you as well as how we can improve the longevity and function of your teeth.

Whether you have cracked, missing, oddly shaped, or crooked teeth, we can help you have the smile you have always wanted and help you maintain it with a comprehensive preventative treatment plan so that your investment lasts you for many happy years to come.

Dont let your teeth hold you back. Give us a call to schedule an evaluation and take the first step toward a healthy, beautiful smile. Our entire dental team is thrilled to meet you and get your smile journey started today!

Dr. Jason Keledjian restores dental implants and when it comes to having your implant placed, we will refer you to one of our trusted oral surgeons. Oral surgeons specialize in implant placement and other types of dental surgeries.

We know that most patients would like to have all of their care in one convenient location, but we believe it is of greater value that we work with a team of specialists who can expertly provide you with the best possible outcome.

Once the surgeon places your implant, we will work with them to make sure we are all on the same page and provide you with a timeline for your treatment as well as the details as to what you might expect. We will monitor your healing and continue your regular preventative care at this time. We stay in close contact with our specialists so that our patients receive the best care possible.

When you heal completely, Dr. Keledjian will take an impression and create a custom dental crown for your implant. Our dental crowns are one of a kind and will match your surrounding teeth perfectly, making it unlikely anyone will notice you have a dental implant. Dr. Keledjian looks forward to helping you smile confidently with your new implant crown.

The latest research and scientific evidence points to dental implants as the most effective tooth replacement options for a number of reasons. When you lose a natural tooth, you run the risk of losing bone in the area where your tooth once was.

When you lose bone, it puts your other teeth at risk and creates a situation that could lead to more tooth loss or other significant dental problems that affect your bite. Think of a bookcase and when you remove a book, the other books all tip toward the empty space. Your teeth behave in the same way. They tip toward the empty space where your tooth once was.

Having an implant can help to prevent some of these dental problems. When you have a dental implant, a surgeon places it directly into your bone. The implant then integrates with your bone and creates a stable chewing surface much like your natural tooth.

When the implants and bone integrate, the implant acts as an anchor, helping to maintain your bone levels and the stability of your dentistry. Implants also act as a space holder, preventing your teeth from leaning inward.

When people come to us for something like a crown or dental implant crown, one of the things they often want to know is if anyone will be able to tell their tooth is fake. We all have memories of seeing our grandparents or even our parents with unattractive dentistry that showed metal parts and often caused them endless grief and discomfort.

At Dr. Jason Keledjians office, we understand your concerns. We want you to know that dentistry really has come such a long way in the last few decades. Now tooth replacements, like dental implants, are more attractive and lifelike than ever. Chances are that no one will ever notice that you have a dental implant crown.

Additionally, the fit and function of todays dentistry is better because we understand more about the science of the jaw and occlusion (bite) of your teeth. That means we create the best possible results by taking into account both beauty and function.

Dr. Keledjian takes great care when it comes to creating his crowns, implant crowns, bridges, dentures, and all other dentistry you may require. Our crowns are custom made and will match the size, color, and shape of your natural teeth so they blend in with your smile.

We hear more and more about dental implants these days because of their success in the field of tooth replacement therapy. Dental implants change from year to year as advances in technology progress and materials improve. Dr. Jason Keledjian stays on top of all of the latest information and works with some of the best specialists when it comes to implant placement and restoration.

A dental implant consists of several parts. The actual implant itself is usually made of a biocompatible metal such as titanium. An experienced dental surgeon places the titanium post into your jawbone and allows it to heal for several months until your bone has a chance to integrate with the implant. This relationship, called osseointegration, stabilizes your implant within your bone and the implant essentially becomes part of your body.

If you are missing a tooth, chances are that someone has recommended a dental implant to you or mentioned dental implants as a possible option for tooth replacement. So, if you heard about it repeatedly, you probably wonder what is the fuss about dental implants anyways? Are they really that great?

Dental implants are one of the most effective tooth replacement options available, not only because they look great and blend in with your smile, but also because they restore the health and function to your smile more effectively than other options.

When you lose teeth, you start to lose bone, as well. Because your jawbone and teeth are in a relationship with one another, they depend on each other to maintain function and support. When you lose a tooth, the jawbone in the area where that tooth once was can begin to recede, which puts your other teeth at risk.

Not only does Dr. Keledjian have experience working with kids, but hes also gifted at helping children develop a positive view of their smiles and oral health while helping them feel like dentistry is a fun experience. We love it when children brighten our dental office!

Kids are naturally curious and have a sense of wonder about new experiences. We promote this by making dentistry fun and interactive. We let children see the instruments we use and look at their smiles in the little mirror. We count teeth and help parents with their childs at-home dental care through instruction and demonstration.

Our focus on childrens preventive dentistry with routine cleanings, fluoride, and sealants can help reduce dental issues, like cavities. Of course, if tooth decay does develop, Dr. Keledjian will gently address the issue with a filling. Your childs comfort is essential to developing a lifelong positive view of their oral health and dentistry.

Dental caries (decay) impacts nearly every child, though it is entirely preventable. As a parent, you can shape the future of your child oral health by arming yourself with a few facts about cavities. We will be here to provide valuable resources, information, and professional dental cleanings to prevent decay. We also offer fluoride treatments and sealants as an added measure against cavities.

Kids cereals and snack crackers are starchy substances that quickly convert to sugar in the mouth and can remain in the grooves of the teeth for many hours, making them a high-risk snack for kids to eat. Brushing teeth after your little one enjoys a starchy snack is essential.

Kids love their independence and often want to complete tasks by themselves. It is fine to let your child begin brushing their teeth, but you will need to follow up with thorough brushing and flossing until at least age eight when their motor skills are developed enough to do a good job on their own.

We provide a full range of childrens dentistry services in our Madera, CA dental office. From your little ones first visit to treating their kids when they grow up, we love welcoming families. Dr. Jason Keledjian enjoys developing multi-generational relationships with families in our community and finds it one of the most rewarding aspects of being a dentist.

Your childs comfort is important to everyone on our team. We speak to children using age-appropriate language to promote healthy, happy feelings about their oral health and dentistry. Our team will also show your littlest family members what we plan to do during a procedure so they know what to expect.

At Keledjian Dental, we recommend bringing your child to the dentist before the age of three. However, if you would like to bring him or her sooner, around the time of the first tooth eruption, that is perfectly fine, too.

At our Madera, CA dental office, we believe in instilling healthy dental habits early. This is why the first visit may last a little longer than other visits. Not only do we want your child to feel relaxed, but we want him or her to love coming to the dentist.

If you recently received a diagnosis from your Madera, CA dentist that involves a dental crown, you might be wondering what exactly that means and how it works. At Keledjian Dental, we explain all of the procedures we recommend before getting started, but if you need a little refresher on crowns, you can read on.

Dental crowns replace the enamel of a tooth that has suffered from decay, trauma, fractures, or that has recently received a root canal. Dental crowns also make teeth look nice again when they have excessive wear or discoloration that causes a short or dark appearance.

A dental crown is a tooth coveroften called a capthat protects a tooth that has been damaged or decayed. Crowns come in metal and porcelain blends as well as all porcelain. Dr. Jason Keledijan will talk to you about which type might be best for you.

Your permanent crown is usually ready within a couple of weeks. When you come in to have the crown placed, Dr. Keledijan may numb the area with a local anesthetic depending on the circumstances. He will thoroughly clean the area before placing the permanent crown. Before cementing it into place, he will check the contacts between the crown and the adjacent teeth with dental floss to make sure the area isnt too tight. If it is too close, food can become lodged between the teeth, making you vulnerable to tooth decay. Your bite will also be tested to ensure it feels comfortable.

The final step is to cement the crown into place. With proper care, your dental crown will last for many years. If you think a dental crown procedure is right for you, contact Keledjian Dental today! Our entire dental team is ready to answer any and all questions you may have regarding dental crowns or the many other dental services and procedures we offer.

In our Madera, CA dental office, fillings are our first choice for smaller cavities. However, sometimes a cavity is large or deep, and a simple dental filling will not sufficiently close or secure the hole left by your cavity.

In our Madera, CA dental office, we will keep you relaxed and numbed while our experienced dentist clears away bacteria and fills or crowns your tooth. Sometimes, our dentist packs the hole with needed medications to provide best results before placing your filling or crown.

If youre experiencing tooth sensitivity or dental pain, contact our office immediately. Our caring team will schedule a prompt dental visit, and our top Madera dentist will assess your tooth for a cavity or infection.

In many cases when you need to have a dental extraction, we can take care of you right in our office. Teeth sometimes need to an extraction if they sustained serious damage, if they have a serious infection, or if they are very deeply decayed.

Doing an extraction is never our first choice when it comes to dental treatment. At Keledjian dental, we focus on prevention and saving teeth. However, certain circumstances require an extraction, especially if it is necessary to protect your health.

When you visit our office for an evaluation of your troubled tooth, we can discuss your options. In some cases, if your surgery is complex or surgical in nature, we may need to refer you to a specialist. However, if we can treat you in our office, we will.

When you have an extraction, we will provide you with aftercare information so you can heal quickly and without complications. Once you have healed completely, we will offer you tooth replacement options. Replacing a missing tooth is important in maintaining the integrity of your remaining teeth.

The best way to determine if you need a dental extraction is to schedule an exam with Dr. Jason Keledjian. That way, he knows how best to address your particular issue. If you have a tooth that hurts, that does not necessarily mean that you need an extraction. You could need a root canal, filling, or night guard (if you grind your teeth).

In many cases, we can perform the extraction right here in our office, especially if your tooth is already mobile. If it requires surgery or a complex extraction, we may refer you to a specialist just for your own comfort and wellbeing.

When we determine, after an exam with Dr. Keledjian, that you need a dental extraction, we will first determine if you should have your procedure done here or if we need to refer you to a specialist. In most cases, we can treat you right in our dental office.

The dental extractions we do in our office are simple extractions. Dr. Keledjian will numb the area all around your tooth and gently wiggle it loose from your jaw. He has special instruments to help remove your tooth and in many cases, it will come out in one piece. Sometimes if it is broken or severely decayed, we will remove it in several pieces.

Dental extractions come in two main types: surgical and simple. We perform simple extractions in our office. That means no surgery is required to remove your tooth successfully. An extraction is always a last resort at Keledjian Dental. We do our best to save as many of your natural teeth as possible, because that is best for your health.

Once we complete your dental extraction, your healing time depends largely on how complicated your extraction was and how closely you follow our aftercare instructions. For most simple extractions, healing time is relatively short and uncomplicated.

While healing times vary, you should be feeling significantly better within a couple of weeks. After your extraction, you should start feeling better and better each day. Your swelling and tenderness will subside and the tissue where your tooth used to be will begin to shrink and heal.

If you do not feel steady improvement after your extraction, we should see you in our office to make sure you do not have an infection, dry socket, or other complication causing you pain or tenderness.

While pain can be an indicator of a serious issue requiring a dental extraction, it is not always the case. If your tooth had a root canal before needing the extraction, you will not feel it because root canal teeth have no nerves.

Deeply decayed, infected, and troubled teeth can cause real health concerns. Anytime you have an infection and destructive bacteria in your mouth, you should address the situation because it can lead to other serious systemic illnesses such as heart attacks and strokes.

Dr. Jason Keledjian performs many necessary dental extractions right here in our own office. He knows that continuity of care is important to our patients and so if he can help you, he will. In some cases, if your extraction is a complex one, we may need to refer you to one of our friends in oral surgery for treatment.

When you have an extraction in our office, you do not have to worry. We will take excellent care of you from start to finish. Our compassionate team and Dr. Keledjian will make sure you are completely comfortable and relaxed prior to beginning any treatment. If you have concerns about having a dental extraction, contact us about it so we can make sure you feel confident in your treatment.

Patients today who want to replace missing teeth have plenty of options. While modern treatments like dental implants get a lot of attention, dentures in Madera, CA continue to be an excellent choice for tooth replacement.

Dentures come in two typesfull and partial. As the name implies, full or complete removable dentures replace all the missing teeth in your upper arch, lower arch, or both. A full denture typically consists of natural-looking artificial teeth that are set in a pink, gum-colored acrylic base.

A partial denture consists of one or more replacement teeth customized to fit in and around remaining teeth to complete your smile. Our 93637 dentist designs your partial with metal clasps that clip onto adjacent teeth to hold it securely in place.

If you have memories of dentures that look fake or artificial, youll be happy to know that your family dentist in Madera can work with you to customize dentures that complement your appearance. Skilled technicians work diligently to create dentures to Dr. Keledjians specifications that look so realistic no one will guess that they arent your own teeth!

As your family dentist in Madera, CA, we offer services that help you maintain healthy teeth and gums. But even with the most conscientious care, most of us will get a cavity and need a filling to repair the tooth at some point in our lives.

We choose tooth-colored fillings at our Madera dental office because they not only restore your oral health but can also improve and enhance the look of your smile. Also called composite fillings, the material is a blend of resin and glass particles designed to mimic the appearance of tooth enamel.

Since they look so realistic and can be custom shaded to match the color of surrounding teeth your smile, Dr. Keledjian can eliminate the decay and leave you with a seamless repair that leaves your tooth looking better than when we found it.

When creating tooth-colored fillings, our 93637 dentist places the material inside the tooth while its still soft, expertly shapes and molds it, then hardens it with a curing light. This process delivers such natural-looking results that Dr. Keledjian also uses composite fillings to improve the aesthetics of your smile.

During your root canal therapy, the area is thoroughly numbed and the infected root and surrounding decay is removed. This process brings relief if youre suffering the pain of an infected root. Often, a simple filling follows this therapy.

However, a filling is not enough to complete a complex or deep root canal. In this case, our top Madera, CA dentist recommends a dental crown. Without a crown, a tooth can be weak and vulnerable to breakage following root canal therapy.

If you have a toothache, swelling in the jaw or face, a bad taste in your mouth, these may be signs that you need a root canal. Dont wait! Contact our caring team today to schedule an exam with our dentist

Excellent service. Super nice people. I dont think I've ever felt so comfortable at a dentist office. The doctor is a star. My dentures were broken in 3 places. Thought they were a total loss. Picked them up the same afternoon. Repaired better than new. Thank you .

I have been going to Dr. Keledjian for over ten years now. He has been my boys only dentist and they LOVE going to the dentist. The whole staff is amazing. I am a true believer that your front office makes or breaks you. The girls in the front are always so friendly and it's such a pleasure to come in to our appointments.

We are so happy with our switch to this dentist! Not just for my husband and myself but for my kids. I'm such a mama bear about being with them while they are getting cleanings but they all especially Jason makes us and my boys feel comfortable and talks to them like he has known them forever! If you need an appt asap they are quick to get you in or call you as soon as they have a cancellation which is great. I wish we would have switched over sooner! His office staff is so friendly too and make you feel at home. My boys were not happy about having to go to the dentist but they really like Jason and say he's funny. We are patients for life!
