Our Lindale dental practice began under the direction and guidance of Dr. John Watkins, a long term professional in the dental industry. Building upon his practice, Dr. B. Clay Keith, DDS, and Dr. Paul Denson, DDS, have created an office that is designed to be comfortable, with all the newest technology and education to provide a pleasant dental experience, no matter what the patients needs may be.

We believe in educating not only our staff, but our patients as well. Therefore, we smartly invested in the CAESY Education System as a learning tool for you. Starting in the lobby, you can view Smile Channel programs that explain the link between dental health and a healthy life. In the patient chair, CAESYs live-action videos with crisp, state-of-the-art 3-D animations are used to explain complex procedures in easy-to-understand language. You can see what we are talking about and understand it!
With CEREC technology, we can create dental crowns, inlays and onlays, veneers, and even dental bridges in a single visit. No longer do you need to wear a temporary and return after a dental lab completes your prosthetic, we design, mill and fit your prosthetic right here in our office while you wait. In less than one hour, you can have a perfectly restored tooth. At The Center for Implant and General Dentistry, our team, including Dr. Clay Keith and Dr. Paul Denson, understand that your time is valuable, so we have simplified the process without reducing the value of the work done. We simply put the dental lab on location, under our control.
CEREC has two commonly used terminology breakdowns, some doctors will refer to it as a Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics, or other doctors may tell you that it means, CEramic REConstruction. Either way, both versions means a computerized machine with CAD technology to design and create a customized dental restoration that is then milled from a block of ceramic right here in our office. The work is incredible, and what it means for our patients is immediate service, hopefully reducing the drudgery of coming to the dentist to get the work that is so needed accomplished. We want our patients to have a healthy mouth that is functional and aesthetically beautiful, together, we can help you put your best foot forward, or at least your best smile.

Was not told in advance that their office did not accept GEHA which is the Federal Employee Dental Insurance. Had to pay $384 for initial cleaning and X-rays. In my entire career with Federal Government, I have never had to pay more than $30 for cleaning and X-rays. Would very much appreciated being told in advance that this dentist did not accept Federal insurance. BTW, this is the same insurance that all of congress has, possibly even the president. I'm sure Dr Clay is a good dentist but office staff should have told me in advance. There are other good dentists in Smith County and I will find one.

Dr. Keith and his staff went above and beyond to assist my son after a baseball incident that knocked a couple of teeth out. The Center for Implants and Dentistry in Lindale, TX is the best place to go. Dr. Keith will fix your dental problems! Everyone is so Nice and they make you feel so very welcome. I'm so happy with what he did !!! I can eat, chew gum, and have a steak! Best of all, he gave me a VERY PRETTY SMILE and my Confidence Back !! Both my honey and I had implants put in and Dr. Keith and his office where absolutely wonderful! We were treated like family. Everyone was happy and friendly, the offices were clean and we never had to wait to long. Overall it was an exceptionally great experience.

Charged 20,000 dollars for a shabby set of dentures the bottom denture has only a few teeth. The bottom denture was supposed to be snap in denture. All I have is apiece of junk. I have not been able to eat solid food since the 1st of January 2017. I say don't go here for anything.
