Graduated from Edinboro University of PA in 2006 with an Associate of Science degree Early Childhood Education in Preschool Education. After 9 years of teaching preschool, I went to work at the Dental Center of Northwest Ohio. I had many jobs, but the one I enjoyed most was being the Prior Authorization Specialist. I enjoyed seeing our patients smile with the joy from getting new teeth that enhanced their self confidence. I love the Dental Center and their purpose to our community. They serve those on limited income, veterans, the homeless, and most of all the children in their care.
I graduated from Cullman High School in Cullman, AL and I am a HUGE Alabama Crimson Tide fan! RTR!!!! I love elephants, turtles and most any animal, especially my Teakers! Teak is my best friends dog. I have 3 siblings (2 brothers and 1 sister) and 4 nephews that are my world! I enjoy cross stitching, knitting and crocheting to name just a few of my hobbies. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and spending time with them. I am on the Advisory Board for Genoa Assembly #107, International Order of Rainbow for girls (I.O.R.G.) and I love spending time with my girls and watching them grow into young ladies. I am also a part of Lotus Chapter #477, Order of Eastern Star in Perrysburg.

An amazingly good experience as always. Staff is caring, and dedicated to helping patients. So happy I don't have to travel far for the best dental care in northwest Ohio. Doesn't look in your mouth and see how he can make money, rather your best interest and comfort is at heart. Doc is very practiced and knows exactly what needs to be done/ what he is doing. I recommend!

I was experiencing an incredible amount of pain after some work that had been done by another dentist. I looked for the closest dental office I could find that took my insurance and literally walked in their front door in pain. Phyllis at the front counter immediately went back to ask Dr. Norwalk if he could squeeze me in and told him what was going on. Dr Norwalk and his staff took me right away, took xrays, determined the problem, fixed the problem and I was out the door in less than 30 mins. Patient for life, Doc! Thank you so much!

My final straw with these people was when my 7 year old layed down in the chair and one minute later the old dentist starts YELLING at my daughter to move her hands and then Yanks her hands down and continued to YELL in her FACE! I Could not believe what I was seeing and immediately yelled at him to not ever yell in my child's face. Which he then got defensive and started arguing and yelling with me! He did not give her a chance AT ALL to move her hands, she was scared because our previous appointment they were not nice and very forceful with her. The receptionist is always rude. They didn't even know they have liquid amoxicillin for children and prescribed my seven year old horse pills to swallow. The did not fill her cavity correctly so it got infected and needed pulled and did not even prescribe new medication. They just said find the stuff you used for her cavity before and didn't tell me to use it as I did last time or give any direction on how much to use before she would get her tooth pulled. This place does not deserve to be open after the way I've seen them treat my child and other patients!

I just recently had 8 teeth pulled and dr. Norwalk was very gentle and I had no pain after the extractions at all. This was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. I will never go to another dentist again. I will always b a patient of dr norwalk's.

My son had a dental emergency and the receptionist was extremely rude when I addressed it then she couldn't get him in for a month. She was more worried about a cleaning then his impacted tooth. Extremely disappointed how I was treated. If they are going to treat an adult like this how would they treat my child.
