Susan is an angel and Dr brown is the man! I called Dr Brown on a sunday afternoon with a dental emergency. He scheduled an appointment for the next day. Procedure was prompt and easy.

Thorough consultation for my long-standing problem undiagnosed by multiple dentists over the years. Mutual weighing of best use of my financial resources. Thorough direction of aftercare for long-standing abscess and faulty root canal. Thank you Dr Brown for your sensitive painless extraction. After novacaine wore off I was delayed in taking my prescribed painkillers and so I had residual aching in the area whether from the shots or the infection or the complications of my extraction I would not know but after taking the painkillers and a night s sleep the ache was gone never to return

Due to severe pain I had to book a Root canal procedure at this facility. But ended up extracting the tooth due to severe pain at the same night of booking appointment. This is the first time booking an appointment and cancelling the appointmentin less than 24hrs This Doctor Charged me $100 for cancelling. I think this against fair business practices.

This office is a great place to go to take care of your teeth! Dr. Brown is very thorough and makes sure you are comfortable and even has music for you to listen to while he is working, which is a great distraction! Susan, his assistant, is also very friendly and they both made me feel at ease. 10/10! Would recommend!

Awesome expirience with Dentist Keith A. Brown! Can recommend 100%. He treated my daughter based an a emergency call, which I'm extremely thankful for because if it wasn't for him my daughter wouldn't be so smily and happy now! Also him and his staff the way they treat you in the office is exceptional like family! Honestly couldn't find someone with great proffesionalism and work ethic , Dr. Keith A brown should definetly be the dentist to bring your kids and yourself.

My name is Ken, I WAS in tremendous pain for a long time; due to the condition of my teeth, infections, and pain would consistently reoccur, with no end in sight, i simply couldn't repair something that was so damaged, All my teeth had to come out. I found Dr Brown online, via an emergency 800#, the nurse online put me in touch w Dr Brown, at Midnight right around Christmas, when i text Dr Brown, he was available!!! and had me text him pics of my teeth, I was able to see him the following morning!!! I had two lengthy visits w him for ALL extractions, and my healing time, I'm certain was cut in half! due to the incredible skill, and stiching up I rcvd from Dr Brown. Because Dr Brown does the surgery, and fittings, there is No disconnect between two parties, and it shows tremendously in the fit! Dr Brown not only restored my Health, the most important, but gave me what I've always wanted, a perfect Smile! The staff, Susan, and Laura, were like my best pals, spurring me on to get thru what I'm convinced would have been a tremendous struggle anywhere else. Dr Brown is extremely skilled in what he does, his experience(s) makes for the best foundation first, so you're not trying to fix something going frwd that wasnt correct to begin with! My dentures ARE my real teeth, and i love them! I cannot recommend Dr Keith Brown enough, I was just lucky, to find him when I needed it the most! I hope this helps anyone with any similar problems, dont hesitate, Go see Dr. Brown!

I scheduled an appointment with Dr.. Brown for a consult. My first impression was that the office staff was disorganized and unprofessional. After confirming my insurance coverage and copay over the phone, the receptionist changed the amount I needed to pay in the office 3 times between the moment I checked in and sat in the doctors chair. I was informed that I needed to pay the copay and the insurance portion because supposedly the insurance would send the payment to me after she filed the claim. I decided to seek dental care elsewhere because the dentist was uncomfortably awkward and arrogant, the office was dated and very technology behind normal standards. I didn't schedule a follow up with Dr. Brown. However, after a month of waiting for the insurance reimbursement for my initial visit, I called my insurance company and found no claim was filed by Dr. Brown. I subsequently called Dr. Brown and was told by his receptionist that she thought she had filed the claim but would do it now. Another 3 weeks pass, and still no claim is shown on my insurance company portal. Typically, I wouldn't think this was a problem but the office made me pay the insurance company portion upfront under the pretense I would be reimbursed which won't happen if no claim is filed! I call Dr. Brown again and was told the electronic claim wasn't received and she would send it to the insurance company in the mail. As of last week the insurance company portal shows a claim was received and a payment sent TO DR. BROWN! DR BROWN WAS PAID MY COPAY, PAID THE INSURANCE PORTION AND PAID BY THE INSURANCE! Today, I will be filing an insurance fraud claim against Dr. Brown, and taking any steps necessary to get my money back. There are a ton of great dentists in the area; Dr. Brown isn't one of them. Save yourself the headache, time and money and go elsewhere.
