I graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Health Studies. Upon graduating MSU I moved to Cleveland, Ohio to attend Case Western Reserve where I received a Doctorate of Dental Medicine. I knew I wanted a medically- based career, but not necessarily a family doctor. While exploring options, I met a dentist who invited me to job shadow in his office. The experience left no question that this was the field for me! My first job was as an associate dentist for the same Doctor that I job shadowed. It was a dream come true.
I come from a large family with one brother and two sisters! My husband Mark have a 4 year old son, Parker, and were recently blessed with another baby boy, Quinn. In addition, we have two cats and a dog. I love to read, although these days it's difficult to find time! I also enjoy baking, homemade lotions, scrapbooking, wine tasting, volleyball and watersports. Respect is an important value I learned from home; therefore, I feel disrespectful if I do not use a title- even with my staff- so you may hear me calling them 'Ms. Heidi' or 'Mr. Mark'.

Jamie and her staff are great except for the older dentist. I think it's time for him to retire.

The filling my son had done already fell out. The piece that was used to fill a chipped tooth that I was originally told that wouldn't be done, but then was, fell out while my son was in class within hours. During the filling the dentist started filing the wrong tooth and when I said something I was shut down right away like I was crazy. But I guess what do I know?! I'm not a dentist.

Trying to get a dental cleaning, as I do every 6 months. It seemed more important for the Dr to up sale for more pricey procedures then to have his hygienist clean my teeth. I was there for over an hour in the chair and had brought my x-rays. I would not recommend this practice

Quoted me at 320 then wanted to charge me 500 for extra X-rays I didn't even know about. The only thing I needed done was fill a couple cavities but they cleaned my teeth, charged me, and said they'd do what we actually agreed on for 3200. I asked if I could have a copy of my X-rays and they said it would be given to me when I pay. I had to ask for them and then was told I wouldn't be allowed to have my X-rays. Only reason they get a second star is because staff was pretty decent. If you have insurance, go somewhere else. If you don't, it's gonna be way too expensive

I had a small tooth issue, causing pain and annoyance. Went to them on a Monday, they got me a time that day looked over the issue and then fixed the issue on the same day. Wish this dental place was in mor cities, and they had such great dentist in those other cities.

Everyone is wonderful except the insurance person. She never returns calls and every interaction I had with her she was rude. I wont be going back. Too bad because everything and everyone else is outstanding.

My hygienist was super sweet. She did a great job. The receptionist staff were very friendly. The place had a good atmosphere.

The staff are so friendly, my dental hygienist Amanda, was really nice. This was the 1st time I had her and I found her to be very friendly, funny and yet very professional!! I actually enjoy going to the dentist!! Looking forward to my next appointment!!

This was by far the best dentist I've been to I always hate going to the dentist because the staff always seem so busy and they rush through telling you what's wrong or don't explain everything in a way that you understand but all the staff that I saw today where great they weren't in a rush and really explained in terms that I could understand what was wrong and what I needed I don't plan on going anywhere else and would recommend this place to others
