I graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Health Studies. Upon graduating MSU I moved to Cleveland, Ohio to attend Case Western Reserve where I received a Doctorate of Dental Medicine. I knew I wanted a medically- based career, but not necessarily a family doctor. While exploring options, I met a dentist who invited me to job shadow in his office. The experience left no question that this was the field for me! My first job was as an associate dentist for the same Doctor that I job shadowed. It was a dream come true.

I come from a large family with one brother and two sisters! My husband Mark have a 4 year old son, Parker, and were recently blessed with another baby boy, Quinn. In addition, we have two cats and a dog. I love to read, although these days it's difficult to find time! I also enjoy baking, homemade lotions, scrapbooking, wine tasting, volleyball and watersports. Respect is an important value I learned from home; therefore, I feel disrespectful if I do not use a title- even with my staff- so you may hear me calling them 'Ms. Heidi' or 'Mr. Mark'.

Tristin Hornvius Dental Assistant Graduated from Northridge High School and took schooling at Indiana University to become expanded functions.I never thought I'd be working in people's mouth as a career. I've always enjoyed going to the dentist and working with the public. I'm working towards becoming an RDA.I'm currently engaged and had a son in April of 2018. He is the light of my world and the love of my life.I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, shopping, and most of all being a mom.

New hygienist...needs to cut back on coffee...omg nonstop talk. I felt like she rushed thru my cleaning..

The staff is very friendly, courteous, and professional. I was greeted, seen quickly, had a treatment plan in place, and out the door quicker than ever! I definitely recommend Keep MI Smile in Coldwater to everyone needing dental services!

The staff is amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. After years of trying to find the right dentist for me, Amber, Macy, and Dr. Werkman have made things extremely nice, and comfortable.

Cannot explain how happy I was to find this place!!! All hands down the best! Everyone working there is very polite and super nice! They also have a monthly/yearly plan for those that don't have insurance at a very reasonable rate.

Staffs are very friendly, they got me in the next day. The offices was super clean. They will explain how they will treat ur teeth. They also break down ur payments.

Had a crown put on and they said it was covered by my insurance. Turns out it wasn't covered, so now I have a huge bill. Crown fell off in 2 months. They said I had to pay $10. for new crown. Just got a bill for $156. Don't go to this dentist, they are awful.

The place us awesome. They have great staff and they are polite. Actually a place that cares about your teeth and liatens to you. I love this place.
