After graduating from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in the top 5% of the class, Dr. Ross was accepted at the prestigious Mount Zion Hospital-University of California Residency Program. This provided additional training in Advanced Prosthodontics, Periodontal & Oral Surgery, Anesthesiology & Sedation techniques, and treatment of the medically compromised. Dr. Ross also trained in the Pankey1 and Dawson style of dentistry. Dentists who have completed this postgraduate training are very comprehensive and detailed yet oriented to treat individuals uniquely according to each persons specific needs and personality.Unlike your typical dental office, we dont believe in cookie cutter approaches.We treat you like the individual you are with custom treatment approaches tailored to your needs, desires and budget, says Dr. Ross.
President National Coalition for School Bus Safety (our children deserve the safest school bus possible). I have volunteered my time and expertise for the last 6 years. Florida, California and Texas have recently enacted legislation requiring seat belts on school buses in response to our lobbying and advocacy efforts.

Dr. Ross is fantastic. This is by far the best dental practice in south west New Hampshire. I have always had a great experience here, and they explain everything. I highly recommend Dr. Ross

Dr. Ross is an excellent dentist! I switched to him from my previous local dentist shortly after meeting him in BNI (Business Networkers International) in 2014. I've always been glad I made that decision. All Dr. Ross's staff has always been very friendly and exceptionally helpful. They are a great reflection of him. I especially appreciate that Dr. Ross keeps up on all the latest and greatest technology in his field. I really like his ability to explain everything that's happening in terms understandable to his patients. It's very nice to deal with a truly family run business with his wife Sandy at the front desk as well. I continue to recommend others to see him. Keene Family Dental in Keene, New Hampshire is truly a supporter of other local businesses and provides the highest quality dental care - therefore I will continue to support them!

Dr. Alan Ross is caring and compassionate! We had an extremely positive experience with Dr. Ross. He and his staff were wonderful! They eased my daughter's anxiety and spent a good deal of time with us explaining everything that was happening. Dr. Ross was patient and took his time with us. He answered any and all of our questions. If you are afraid of the dentist you won't be after visiting his office. Kudos to him and his staff!!! Thank you!

Overpriced and underworked. Zero compassion. Whatever you do, don't ask for an antibiotic prescription if THEY reschedule you for a week later although you have an abcess.
