Save yourself the guesswork and just go here, the staff and service were amazing and it's just a great place with good people, I felt very well taken care of and informed through the whole visit. I was helped specifically by Cora Marie, Tammy, and Leah and they were all super helpful and kind!

The office staff were friendly and welcoming. Sonya, the dental hygienist, was good and explained procedures well. Dr.Smith was great as usual.

I'm a Veteran who is very satisfied with the office and appreciate the care and service that's given to me when I can go there. Since the VA can't always service the veteran. I highly recommend this office to all. Thank you for allowing me to come to your office to receive the care I needed. Again thank you. The office and staff are working professionals who cares for the individual patient with respect and support, very helpful and very friendly. The office and atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly, it's so clean it looks like office was new and just opened today for the first time. I highly recommend giving this practice the opportunity to serve new patients and anyone looking for care.

Amazing! From the first call I received from Ashleigh to set up my appointment, to the welcoming I received from Amy at the office, and exceptional care and patience I received from Christina and Dr. Rackley during my procedure put me at ease through out the process. The rest of the staff I encountered were friendly and welcoming as well. There is a sense of peace and excellence in the air when you walk in to the office. There are no fakes here, these folks sincerely care about their patients!! I've been terrified of Dentists and have not been going to one for years... they have alleviated that fear...Great Job and Well done to all!

Today was my first visit to Dr. Smiths office as I was referred through community care from the va . I got there a little early like 7:45 and saw the staff coming in and waited till 7:55 to enter . I was greeted and the staff was extremely friendly. I gave them my paperwork and was soon called back to start my visit . The only thing I didn't like was that I had to go through a complete intake process instead of the va sending my records which would have saved some time . But my hygienist kept everything moving and did a through job on my teeth probably one of the top 5 cleanings I have ever had . Only met Dr Smith for a short time But this is customary to explain what I am doing right and hat I need to work on and what he would want to fix . They also have me a nice gift bag with a yeti type cup with their logo and on the inside of it was a 5 gift certificate to Starbucks. BIG PLUS lol. I also got the usuals or toothpaste ,floss and toothbrush . I was also given a card to show the va what 2 teeth needed work one they knew about and one they didn't . Lastly I was given 2 cards to give to friends I refer to their office and for every person referred a 25 dollar Amazon gift card is given to the person who referred them . All in all it was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or to change dentist .

Top quality dental care!! My mom is a dentist in PA and got Dr Smith and Dr Rackley's praise from states away. Conservative dentists with the patients overall health coming first. Cannot recommend this office enough!

The communication and the dental of Dr. Smith's clinic is always superb. Along with fact that I am always fully satisfied with the quality of the care, I am continually encouraged at the proactive care of Dr. smith and his staff. I wouldn't do anywhere else!

Welcoming staff from the entrance all the way to Dr Keenan. Always feel comfortable and taking care of. Detailed about where my dental information is and what improvements are needed. Been my dentist of choice since 2011.

Dr. Rackley has been my dentist for over two years now. These years involved a ton of corrective work to fix my teeth, which I had been avoiding for a long time. It has been incredible and well worth it to see the progress in my smile over the appointments. After having gone to a cosmetic focused dentist in my teens it is refreshing to have a dentist now who is helping me see the bigger picture of my oral health and maintaining it as I age. If you visit it is obvious to see the passion Dr. Rackley has for his work and I cannot recommend him enough.
