Dr. Keen has practiced in the El Cajon area for 29 years. He attended Patrick Henry High School and UCSD for his undergraduate studies. He is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the El Cajon Valley Lion's Club. Dr. Keen has achieved fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and the Academy of Dentistry International for his domestic and overseas volunteer efforts. He resides in El Cajon with his wife, Tracy and 2 children.
Dr. Megan Shelton is excited and honored to work alongside Dr. Keen at Fletcher Hills Dental Arts. Dr. Megan served in the Navy as a dentist and has continued to practice for almost 10 years, including 3 years here in east county. Dr. Megan looks forward to bringing southern hospitality and quality care to her patients and practices by the golden rule, treating her patients the way she would want to be treated. Dr. Megan knew she wanted to be a dentist early in her life while on a mission trip to Colombia as a dental assistant and continued her mission work through dental school to other areas including Belize and rural areas in the states. Providing a comfortable environment and confidence to her patients is her passion. Dr. Shelton 's other loves include her husband, who she met at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, her 'Covid Baby,' taking her fur babies to the dog beach, visiting her family in the Bluegrass State of Kentucky and discovering new adventures in the beautiful state of California
When you walk into Dr. Keen 's office, the first person you 'll meet is Michelle Ednilao. A native of El Cajon, she has worked with Dr. Keen since 2000 and has worked in the dental field since 1989. A friend 's terrible toothache inspired Michelle to begin studying dental health, and she hasn 't looked back since. In her free time, Michelle enjoys cooking (she makes a mean carrot cake) and entertaining her dogs -- a 'Lhasa Poo' named Opie and Chico the Chihuahua.
She may be the newest member of Dr. Keen's staff, but Kelli Bailey has nearly 25 years experience as a dental hygienist. Originally from Greenville, SC, Kelli has been married to a San Diego native for 25 years. In her free time, Kelli enjoys scrapbooking and reading historical fiction.
Hi my name is Nancy Saucedo. My career in the dental field began over 20 years ago as a dental assistant in the U.S. Navy. Dentistry fascinated me, so I decided to further my education and obtain my degree as a dental hygienist at Loma Linda University. I love the work I get to do, and educating my patients is one of my passions. The most important people in my life are my husband, our two daughters, and our two dogs. We enjoy volunteering at our church on the weekends and always find time to cheer on our San Diego Padres.
Tricia Maddalone has been in the dental field since 1996. Seeing big smiles from patients after their visits is something she really enjoys. She is a San Diego native and has been married to her high school sweetheart since 1992. She has a daughter in college and a son in high school. When shes not running to one of her childrens sporting events, she enjoys walking, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Safa graduated from university of Kentucky, Dental Hygiene program in 1999. She has devoted her time to creating beautiful smiles and building strong relationships with her patients. She loves educating her patients on their oral health and believes that creating a healthy oral environment leads to overall better health. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, wine tasting and reading books.
