Dr. Keelan is an Ivy League graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, 1989. He has been serving the Butler Community for over 30 years. His expertise in Implant Technology, IV Conscious Sedation, Crowns & Bridges, and Cosmetic Dentistry has made him well known in Western Pennsylvania region.
Born in South Butler and raised in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh, Dr. Keelan and his wife, Mary Kay, raised their four children in Butler, PA. His commitment to the Butler Community is most significantly showcased through his annual dentistry day, which provides free dental care to those in need. He is active in his church community and is passionate about his Christian faith.

The office staff are very friendly and professional. The lobby is cozy, clean, and welcoming. Our dentist went over and beyond to get my child's teeth clean and protected. We LOVE Keelan Dental.

The front desk, the dental assistants and Dr. James were absolutely TOP NOTCH. I was treated with respect at every visit and everyone was very attentive to my needs. They helped ease my fears and addressed every issue with care and explained every aspect of my treatment with clarity. The procedure was flawless! The best place to get any dental procedure done! The staff is professional yet very caring. Smiles go a long way. I am also very impressed how immaculately clean it is there. Thats is a first great feeling to see when you walk in the door.

I avoided the dentist... FOR YEARS! When I started having issues that I knew needed checked out I was a little embarrassed but also VERY scared. I did a ton of research and decided on Keelan Dental. It was such a great decision! From the minute I called, almost in tears, I felt comforted. Every staff member is pleasant, kind and caring. They took the time to not only get to know me but why I had the dental fears that I did and they have made me feel comfortable ever since. I will recommend Keelan dental to everyone that I possibly can!

Finding an amazing dentist is hard to do these days! However, when I found Dr. Keelan and staff I did not need to look any further. I have also started bringing my children here and they do an amazing job with them. I can't recommend a better dentist office. From the front desk staff, to the hygienist to the dentists, this is an amazing practice.
