Dr. Andy Keaton graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 1990. He then completed a three year residency in orthodontics at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, graduating in 1994.
At Keaton Orthodontics our knowledgeable staff has more than 140 years combined experience. They are always willing to answer any questions you may have. They are highly trained in new technology and stay up-to-date on new happenings in orthodontics. They will treat you with courtesy and respect and make you feel like one of our family.

Dr. Keaton and his staff; especially Lisa were very understanding, kind, professional, caring, and empathetic. I was visiting Martin County, Beauty, Kentucky from California for my husband's aunt 90th birthday party. Early into my stay, I started having issues with my "braces wire." It was loose and digging into my gum. My attempts to fix it was futile; resulting in me googling orthodontic services. I called Keaton Orthodontics and Lisa answered. She advised she would need to discuss my situation with Dr. Keaton. He agreed to see me and quickly identified the problem. Then advised his dental technician how to take care of it. Once they were finished, I walked to the front desk and Dr. Keaton was waiting for me. I asked "what's the damage," and he replied, "there's no charge." I was shocked and thankful. I offered to buy them lunch and they refused. They even recommended stores where I could shop for a birthday gift Money can't buy kindness! Thank you all! May God bless and keep you all. Alecia M.

I didn't want to leave one star to be honest. But my daughter had an appointment scheduled but the same te it was scheduled my father passed away which is her Grandfather so they said bc she missed her appt to go to her Grandfather's funeral that DR. KEATON would NOT reschedule her. So God forbid you're family member dies and my father Keith Stevens an electrician in the mines for more than 33 years, with black lung died of covid so we had to reschedule and to be honest her dentist appointment was the last thing on my mind at that time. I would never recommend this dentist to a dog. They are not considerate and have no compassion or empathy.

My experience was AWFUL the staff were VERY RUDE, They tried to charge me extra for canceling my appointment 2 days before they are not gentle at all and let me mention again they are VERY RUDE
