I have had the privilege of serving Auburn and the surrounding community since 1991. I am blessed to be surrounded by the best, most outstanding dental team a doctor could ask for! I was born in Queens, New York, but only lived there a short time. I was raised in Schenectady where my dad worked for GE and my mom was a nurse.

I went to the University of Pittsburgh on an athletic scholarship, but after one year the program was eliminated due to Title IX and I finished my undergraduate at Siena College. Dental school followed at SUNY at Buffalo where I graduated in 1990. I then completed a General Practice Hospital Residency at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. I began practicing in Auburn in 1991.

In 1996, I went to a continuing education course which turned into a retreat of sorts for me. I was introduced to the Dawson Academy and the concept of complete dentistryexamining much more than just the teeth of the patient. This set the tone for what has been the way that I have practiced ever since. I make it a point to treat every patient that comes in to my office as that patient is giving me a privilegea privilege of caring for them. I take that privilege very seriously, and I owe it to my patients to provide them with a complete, comprehensive view of their health. It is with this visionthis foundationthat I have earned the respect of many patients over the years.

My time outside the office is spent with my four-legged children. I currently have 4 SheltiesBelle, Kenai, Annie, and Tink. I am still active in volleyball, although not as much as in past years. I love to work on my model trains, and in the summer I enjoy cycling and fishing.

I have been a dental hygienist for 18 years, graduating from Onondaga Community College in 1998. I have been married since 1978 to my husband, Kurt, and we have two children, Ryan and Ashley. I enjoy playing tennis and racquetball and hanging out with my German shepherd, Minka.

I have worked with Dr. Keating since the fall of 2000. I share assisting duties with Meg and with our entire team. I enjoy providing our patients a great dental experience! Outside the office I enjoy walking, reading, and spending time with my family and friends.

I started working for Dr. Keating in May of 2006. I work as the Administrative Assistant for the office, handling tasks including scheduling, billing, insurance, and accounts receivable. My favorite part of my job is talking with our patientsthey make me smile every day.

I have three grown children: Matt, Mark, and Rebecca. I enjoy walking, doing yard work, and going to the Merry-Go-Round Playhouse. I love going to garage sales with my mom, and I enjoy playing with my two dogs, Mia and Max.

Outside of the office I enjoy going to my boys activities. Finley is the oldest, the twins are Ian and Evan. They play baseball and basketball at Cato-Meridian. I also enjoy planting flowers outside, crafting, and baking.
