Dr Bewick grew up in Northwest Indiana, Miller area, and graduated from Chesterton High School. He went on to Valparaiso University, and Lambuth University in Jackson, Tennessee, majoring in chemistry. Dr. Bewick attended Loyola University to pursue his dental career, graduating in 1983. Dr. Bewick returned to his roots and community to practice for 25 years in Lake Station and is now currently in Portage, Indiana. Dr. Bewick has a reputation for being a gentle dentist, and has over 30 years' experience in his family-owned practice serving as one of the area's premier general practices.
Jill has been with our office since May 2013, bringing 10 years of experience. She enjoys being able to interact with our patients and help them meet their dental needs and insurance maximums. She will do her best to put you at ease with treatment planning, scheduling, and payment processes in our office. When outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family (especially her two grandchildren) & friends, traveling, and being outdoors.
Alesia is Dr. Bewick's oldest daughter and has worked for him as a dental assistant on and off since she was 15 years old. While working at the office she was able to obtain her education degree. She is now employed at Paul Saylor Elementary School teaching at the fourth grade level and enjoys being a part of the Saylor family. Although we miss seeing her every day, she still finds time to help out whenever she can.
