I have started braces in Portland, OR when I moved to KC, I had a headache trying to find a good place to continue treatment, I visited 5 Orthodontist offices, the 6th and last one was Smile Gallery...I am very thankful that I did. After talking to Dr Nahal, I felt very safe because she seemed very knowledgeable and was the only one that actually cared about my condition and not only caring about having an extra customer, I took the complimentary consultation and had a breakdown of treatment plan, cost, time frame and what to expect. After seen a couple orthodontist offices and already started treatment in a 5 start office, I can only say that they seem to be by far better than the others in every level. Also, I bring my 4 years old son in all morning visits because his preschool starts until noon, and we both love going to the office, both Dr Nahal and her assistant are very welcoming friendly and caring...I can't say enough. (I am currently almost half way through, and already seen 80% of the results I was hoping for) If I had a family member or friend that needs orthodontist treatment, it's definitely a no brainer. So greatful for this find, and I hope this can help other people who are looking for orthodontist treatment.

Dr. Niknam and Loveleen have been amazing and make a great team. Dr. Niknam is very knowledgeable and consistent, I have had my braces on for 3.5 months now and my teeth look and feel great. Also have been very flexible with my schedule and never have to wait. Very recommended, for your teeth you really just want to go with THE BEST!

Dr. Niknam is a world class orthodontist! She got my little cousin's braces off almost 6-months earlier than when the other orthodontists we talked to said was even possible!!!! That was a pretty clear indicator to us that she was WAY better than everyone else! ...and she gives out the best snacks!

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their braces / teeth straightened. They were extremely helpful and very easy to work with. Dr. Niknam and Loveline were super nice and very good at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone in the KC area.

First off I like to say KC Smile Gallery is fantastic. I relocated to KC from Columbia where I initially started my orthodontic care. I was driving to and from Columbia for my appointments and was becoming frustrated with my progress. I decided to do some consultations here in KC. KC Smile Gallery was the third consult and I was not feeling very positive about finding a place that I knew would take care of my needs. That changed very quickly into my consult with Dr. Niknam. She walked me through every detail of her process and was very accommodating. She explained that there was no need to remove my existing braces and reapply new ones (every other orthodontist said I would have to remove them). My next concern was about finances because I had already exhausted my orthodontic insurance. Well the assistant Loveleen broke down all the costs and set up a payment plan that was actually feasible for a recent graduate! I have now been here for three months and have seen so much progress. Both of the ladies are so cordial that I never feel hesitant to ask questions and am always at ease in the office. Lastly I would like to say that I believe it is, excuse my language, badass that this business is ran only by two women!

Our son has sensory issues so we were dreading braces. Dr. Niki supported his needs every step of the way. She is professional, responsive and incredibly patient. She responded immediately when we needed after hours help and found time to squeeze our son in more than once without an appointment. His teeth look great!

From the moment my family walked in to KC Smile Gallery, for the first time, we knew we had found an amazing Orthodontist! Dr. Nahal Niknam and her staff greeted us with open arms and made us feel right at home.The office is beautiful with a modern "awe" factor and I know there is nothing like it in Kansas City. Jasmine, the treatment coordinator, gave us a full tour of the office. They have all the newest technology for making the best experience possible along side fabulous customer service! They have a room called the "Glow Room" that made our daughter's eyes light up. After you get your braces off, they bring in a local professional makeup/hair artist and photographer to get photos taken of your new smile! How fun and creative! Today our oldest daughter and I started our braces adventure together. She got her pallet expander on and I got my top braces on. I opted to have clear on the top and in less then an hour everything was on! Dr. Niknam has a great bedside manner with kiddos and adults. Her assistant, Loveleen, is so friendly as well! We felt comfortable and at ease, plus it was quick! I have TWO more kids that will need orthodontics and I will be bringing them here when the time comes. Thank you so much for making this experience fun, exciting, and easy. We look forward to our new smiles from the KC Smile Gallery! Ps- i forgot to add the amazing new patient kit sent home with each of us! It includes all full size essentials and a brand new Oral B Genius electric tooth brush! Whoa! Talk about awesome!

I thought Dr. Niknam and her assistant were very inviting, thoughtful and friendly. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about the entire process but they answered all the questions that I had and made me feel at ease. I will be getting my braces tomorrow!
