Dr. Ricky Atchison, Jr. is from Troy, Missouri. He graduated from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri with a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Science. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Missouri, Kansas City. Following graduation, Dr. Atchison completed his residency at UMKC Advance Education in General Dentistry.
A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dr. Joseph Wittig received his doctorate of dental surgery from Marquette University where he also earned a bachelor of science in biology and a bachelor of science in electrical engineering.
In 2014, Dr. Wittig, his wife, and their 3 daughters moved from Wisconsin to Kansas City and enjoy the much more temperate climate! He has practiced in private offices as well as public health clinics. Dr. Wittig likes working with children as well as adults. What attracts him most to dentistry is connecting with patients and especially helping them overcome their anxieties. During his free time he enjoys reading and playing bass guitar.
Dr. John McKnight, a native of Olathe, Kansas, completed his undergraduate education at the University of Kansas. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at theUniversity of Missouri, KC. Upon graduation, Dr. McKnight served 3 years in the U.S. Air Force. While in the military, he completed a one-year advanced education program in general dentistry. He is a member of the Northeast District Dental Society, Kansas Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
Dr. McKnight and his wife Jody have been married since 1996 and they have four wonderful children. When not in the office, He enjoys spending time with his family, playing racquetball, serving in his church and community, and spending time outdoors.
Lisa Eastland, patient coordinator has been at this location for 17 years. She loves interacting with patients. Lisa and her husband have 3 grown children. This fall she is excited to become a grandma for the first time. In her free time Lisa enjoys DIY projects and gardening. When the sun comes out and the weather warms up,Lisa can be found outside spending time on the lake with family and friends.
A graduate of Concorde Career College and the University of Kansas, Ginny has been a hygienist since 2017. She enjoys talking with her patients and learning their likes and dislikes. She may be the geekiest hygienist you will know, she enjoys talking about different books, shows, and board games. Ginnys family consists of her husband Joe, two cats, and one corgi. Outside of work there are always friends to meet, games to play, and shows to watch.
Anna VanSchoelandt has worked in the Dental industry for 20 years and loves complete interaction with patients and their care. Anna lives in Lansing Kansas with her husband Robert. They have been married since 2004. Together they have 8 children. She enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and grandchildren.
