Around The Corner Dental Health Spa's credentials include being a PerioProtect certified provider, an Invisalign certified provider, and having a license in oral conscious sedation. The practice is also accredited in laser teeth whitening and implant dentistry by the American Dental Implant Institute (ADII) and Tatum Institute International.
Kaveh Kanani, DDS, is a world-renowned dental surgeon with over 20 years of experience, specializing in dental implants. He is the founder of Around The Corner Dental Health Spa, located in Tarzana, California.
Before opening his dental office in 2001, Dr. Kanani received his undergraduate degree in biology from California State University. He then went on to complete his doctorate in dental surgery from New York University and his residency in hospital dentistry at Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn, New York.
Today, Dr. Kanani is an Associate Fellow member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID.) To become a member, he demonstrated high professional and leadership skills, as well as passed a series of examinations. The AAID is the only dental implant organization that is recognized by the courts.
Further professional accomplishments include being a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a member of the Implant Prosthetic Section of the ICOI. He also received Implant Dentistry Training at the School of Dentistry Medical College of Georgia.
Dr. Kanani also completed the University of Puerto Rico Clinical Residency and Maxicourse Program in Implant Dentistry awarded by The Advanced Dental Implant Institute, Tantum Institute International, and The University of Puerto Rico and Implant Institute.
In his free time, Dr. Kanani is dedicated to perfecting the Art Of Dentistry and frequently travels across the United States to attend dental workshops and conferences. He is always expanding his knowledge of the latest techniques and technologies in the dentistry field.
