Dr. Ashley Conner is proud to offer the residents of Kaufman and surrounding communities the high-quality dental services they deserve. Dr. Connergrew up in Rudolph, a small farming community in Northwest Ohio.She always knew she wanted to be a dentist (she even asked for a dental chair for Christmas one year)! Dr. Conner completed her undergraduate degree at Miami University and then went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry.Upon graduation, she moved to Texas to join Dr. Timothy Sloans Kaufman practice. She instantly knew she would stay here forever and feels blessed to have joined a team that functions like a tight-knit family.
Dr. Conner took ownership of Kaufman Family Dentistry in 2017 and has worked hard to create a welcoming environment for her patients.She is passionate about what she does and takes the time to build lasting relationships to ensure that patients are comfortable, their questions are answered, and that they receive the best care possible.She is committed to continually growing and improving within the field of dentistry, and in order to do so, she completes hours of continuing education each year. Additionally, she maintains membership in a number of dental organizations and study clubs.
Dr. Ashley McGhee grew up in Richmond, Texas. She attended Texas State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. McGhee moved to Dallas where she was introduced to Dr. Conner and the staff at Kaufman Family Dentistry. She is extremely excited and grateful to join Dr. Conners team and begin treating the great community of Kaufman Texas.
Dr. McGhee is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association. She understands that the field of dentistry is constantly evolving and she is committed to staying up to date with the latest techniques and technologies. Dr. McGhee takes multiple CE courses each year to better serve her patients.
Devona was raised and lives in Mesquite, TX. She graduated from Texas Womens University in 1983 with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene. Her 35 year (and counting!) career includes 10 years in a hospital setting at the Dallas VA Medical Center. She started working with Dr. Sloan in August of 1998. She has been married to her husband Jody since 1980 and has a grown daughter and son. She enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, and reading. Her goal for every patient is that they have the most comfortable experience possible.
Faith grew up in Sulphur Springs, TX and graduated from Texas Womens University with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene. She has been a hygienist for 10 years and she has been voted Kaufmans Favorite Dental Hygienist for the last two years! Faith is married and has three beautiful daughters. As a family, they are active in their church, C-Life, and they enjoy being outdoors and spending time together. Being a mom and a wife are her greatest treasures! Faith has a passion for educating and building relationships with her patients.
Daina was born in Omaha, NE, but was raised in Mabank, TX. She graduated from Concorde Career College in Dallas, TX and has been practicing as a dental hygienist since 2014. Daina enjoys spending time with family, watching movies and being outdoors!
Alicia has been a dental assistant for 16 years and has been with Kaufman Family Dentistry since 2006. She loves coming to work because she gets to know so many patients and help make their experience with us a comfortable one. Outside of the office, Alicia enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children.
Michele grew up in Terrell, TX and has been a dental assistant for 30 years. She joined our practice in 2015. She has been married to her husband Richard for 22 years and together they have a blended family of two children and one grandchild. Both she and her husband have endured the loss of a child, and Michele wanted to encourage others experiencing similar tragedy. Michele is an active member of Hilltop Church in Dallas, and in her spare time she loves shopping and deer hunting.
Lanea was born and raised in Oregon. She is married to Kraig and together they have two boys: Kadyn and Konner. They have lived in Hawaii, Alaska, Maine, Florida, and now that Kraig has retired from the military, they have settled in Texas. She started in the dental field before having children and knew it was something she was passionate about. After staying home to raise her boys for 10 years, she decided it was time to jump back in! She has been serving patients for 7 years as a dental assistant. Laneas hobbies include gardening, canning, raising chickens, hunting and travelling. She feels blessed to work at Kaufman Family Dentistry. It is exactly what shes been hoping for, a family-like office that works together to serve their patients.
Erickas is the first face youll see when you step foot in our office! Ericka is a longtime resident of Kaufman, and she has been with our office sine 2002. She and her husband Albert have one son, who is currently studying at Texas A&M! Gigem! Ericka loves getting to know each patient and their families as they become established at our practice. Outside of work, Ericka loves spending time with her family and friends.
Ana joined our team in April of 2019. She was born in Mexico, grew up in Dallas and moved to Kaufman in 2006. She has loved being in the dental field for the last 7 years! She loves getting to know our patients and feels thankful to work with an amazing group of women each day! Ana has two boys, Ivan Jr. and Kaleb, and a sweet baby girl, Camila! When shes not at work, Ana enjoys spending time with her family and friends!
Shelly has worked in the dental field for over 25 years! Her expertise includes clinical assisting, and treatment coording. She grew up in Crandall and still lives there with her two children, Jax and Blakely! Shelly loves interacting with patients, getting to know each one of them and seeing the positive impact dentistry brings to each one. Outside of the office, she enjoys watching Jax play basketball and football, and watching Blakely play volleyball. She cherishes her time with family and friends.
