Dr. Katz earned his doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1981. Between 1981 and 1987 he practiced as a general dentist. He went on to complete his masters degree in orthodontics at St. Louis University in 1989 and has been providing outstanding orthodontic care ever since.
Dr. Katz maintains active memberships with numerous prestigious professional organizations in order to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in his field. One in particular that he is an accredited Diplomate of is the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM). This is the highest level of honor by the board, which means Dr. Katz hasdemonstrated advanced skills and knowledge in dental sleep medicine care.
Additionally, Dr. Katz has also co-authored multiple dental-related articles which were published in scientific journals. Outside of the office, Dr. Katz enjoys ballroom dancing, swimming, tennis and watching his childrens activities.
I have worked with Dr. Katz for over 22 years. Along the way I have gained some lasting friendships and helped create some beautiful smiles. In my spare time I enjoy going to the beach or even just spending a day at the river with my fianc.
I have worked with Dr. Katz for over 18 years. I enjoy helping patients work with their insurance to help them tailor their budget. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three kids. I also enjoy working with the youth at church and traveling.
I have worked with Dr. Katz since June of 2017. I love being able to interact with and build relationships with our patients and their families. In my free time I enjoy riding motorcycles and spending time with my 2 dogs, Paisley and Emmie.
Im Febe, Im originally from Costa Rica. I joined Katz Orthodontics in March of 2015. Being the new foreign girl isnt easy, but I find myself enjoying each step in my journey and learning more each day. I look forward to coming to work every day and assisting in the creation of our patients beautiful smiles. Seeing how happy our patients are at the end of treatment is always rewarding. Ive always loved to discover and create new things and a smile is no exception. Im excited to see our patients grow as I help construct their beautiful smiles. Your mouth is our canvas and we will turn it into a true work of art. When Im not in the office Im with my family, loving my dogs and cats. I also enjoy painting, photography and going out with my friends.
