Dr. Rosenstein obtained an undergraduate bachelor of science in biology from Touro College in Queens, New York, where he graduated as Valedictorian of his class. He then attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry from which he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. During his time in dental school, Dr. Rosenstein was inducted into the Gorgas Odontological Honorary Society, as well as the Gamma Pi Delta Honor Society.
Upon completion of dental school, Dr. Rosenstein was accepted into an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, in Brooklyn, NY. In the course of his training, Dr. Rosenstein provided OMFS services at multiple hospitals throughout the east coast, including Brooklyn Hospital, the Brooklyn VA Medical Center, St. Barnabas Hospital, and Geisinger Medical Center, a level-one regional trauma center in Pennsylvania. After serving as chief resident in his final year of residency, Dr. Rosenstein obtained his certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Rosenstein has authored scholarly works that have been published in both journals and textbooks, including the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, New York State Dental Journal, Dental Clinics of North America, and the European Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a member of the American Dental Association, The Academy of Osseointegration, and the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.
After graduating from high school, Ahmad Millwala moved to Chicago where he earned his bachelors degree in computer science from Northeastern Illinois University. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and was an honors program graduate. He then attended dental school at the University of Louisville, in Louisville, Kentucky.
After receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, he did a one-year general practice residency program at the University of Louisville Hospital where his passion for oral surgery grew. He went on to attend New York Medical College for four years of training as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, where he also served as the Chief Resident during his final year. The residency was based out of Westchester Medical Center and Metropolitan Hospital. During this time, Dr. Ahmad Millwala gained extensive experience in treating diseases of the head and neck region. Special emphasis was placed on facial trauma and office-based procedures such as tooth extractions, bone grafting and placement of dental implants.
Dr. Millwala is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and a member of the American Academy of osseointegration. He is also board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Had my wisdom tooth extracted several months ago and still can not feel my lip, gums and chin. I have permanent nerve damage. Would never recommend this place. This was not my first time to this office. First visit went great still don't know why they switched my surgeon when I was an existing patient and now I'm terrified to have any dental treatment.

PAIN MGMT OUT THE WINDOW Went in for wisdom tooth extraction. Red flag #1 I was not offered numbing gel before the Dr tried to do the anesthesia injections. I had to ask him to stop and if I could have numbing gel before he continued. Before the procedure the nurse advised I'd be sent home with oral solution to use on day 2 and a prescription for Tylenol 3. She said I'd have 2 hours before the local anesthesia wore off. I get to the pharmacy to find there was no Tylenol script but a script for ibuprofen...I called the office to ask what changed. They apologized and said they would talk to the Dr. The Dr then sends the script but the pharmacy doesn't have the medication and it isn't available in a 30 mile radius. The pharmacist makes a suggestion for a sub, but the Dr refuses to approve it. Here I am left eating ibuprofen and extra strength Tylenol which isn't doing much. They also advised against Orajel type products. Nothing is worse than mouth pain...and I've experienced natural labor. Oh and no one followed up with me the next day sooooo

The entire team is extremely helpful and professional. I had unbearable pain and they accommodated me with a last minute appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction. The extraction was painless and took what felt like a couple minutes. Dr Ahmad is very skilled, attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this clinic.

I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed in June by Dr. Johnson. They did a phenomenal job and the recovery process went smoothly. They office gave me a call the next business day to check up on me, which was also good.

I wish I could say something good about them, but the fact that they charge their fee before even looking at you and when they do they tell you "I am sorry, I don't see anything wrong, thanks for coming" I feel like that the only thing they took away was my money rather than my pain.

I had a really good experience with the whole team. I needed to extract my 4 wisdom teeth and 2 were impacted. I am type 1 diabetic so I was concerned about the surgery and post surgery as well, but Dr Ahmad was very careful about absolutely everything and everything went super well. Thank you so much Dr Ahmad and the whole team that was so caring! I absolutely recommend!

Awesome experience with Dr.Millwala and his team- we went in to get my son's impacted canine extracted. Dr.Millwala gave us a thorough walkthrough of the procedure and made us feel at ease. The staff is friendly and is prompt in responding to emails and phone calls.
