Dont go here. Grew up going to the katsur in lower Burrell until i recently moved out towards the washington office. Had to have all teeth removed, the surgeon did a great job, but the staff is ridiculous. Had to call for 2 weeks before someone finally answered in the office. Just for them to tell me my pre authorization from 3 weeks ago has still not sent for approval, after i was told it would only take 2-3 buisness days. To top it all off after contacting mt insurance company the pre authorization shouldve been done before the teeth were extracted. Would give them half a star if google would let me.

Well when you call him they never call you back or if they call you and leave you a message you tried calling him back within minutes or seconds they don't answer their phone they never answer their phone you have to go two or three days with trying to call them just to get to talk to somebody

Have been in and out of the office in McMurray 3 different times. Was told something different every single visit regarding a tooth that has had me in excruciating pain for a few months. Finally made an appointment with their oral surgeon A MONTH OUT. They legit called me today, the day of my appointment, TWO HOURS PRIOR, to force me to cancel my appointment because the oral surgeon doesn't take my insurance. Didn't offer me a cost out of pocket, nothing, just forced me to cancel. So I asked the receptionist that called me if I could get antibiotics until I can get in somewhere else and was told to call this other dentist because they should be able to get me in quick and they can prescribe me antibiotics (they've never seen me so that's incorrect). I now have to still be in pain for a couple weeks until I can get in with another dentist.

By far absolute worst unprofessional office I have ever experienced the attitudes alone is enough to make you sick the lack of organization is a shame ! They cancelled two appointments wasn't even going to call I called into to confirm me remind you a patient . I don't usually write reviews but this place is sickening rude , unprofessional constant attitudes the women speak to you as if your stupid there is no feeling of home when you enter the females at the front desk honestly don't even know how they have a job . I strongly recommend to not pick this dentist office unless your okay with being treated like your worthless!

Be careful going here as they are working overtime to make up Covid lost money! Actually cancelled my significant others heart valve surgery stating he needed work done before hand. Was seen in March with no recommendations for immediate work but now needed multiple appointments with them before hand!! Went for a second opinion elsewhere, and he's cleared for surgery. Nothing active or acute going on and his other issues can be addressed post surgery. Really folks!! Messing with patients lives to make money!!! Unacceptable!! I would not have given them 1 star but could not post without

GO ELSEWHERE Called us 2 hours before appointment, after taking off work, to let us know the hygienist went home sick. Clearly they have terrible protocols for this. The RUDE staff never even apologized. All that was given was an "OK'', not ever a hint of remorse. Even a fake apology would've sufficed. First time taking daughter, we knew the staff was miserable. I think I've seen McDonald's workers happier than in here. It's a shame since the Dr. is good at her job, but the staff is atrocious. You've been warned, do NOT GO TO ANY KATSUR.

Rushed my whole denture process made my teeth look like horse teeth i won't go back again. My dentures aren't right at all cant wear them ugh just so upset with this place i can't take it.......
