The dentist was rude and demeaning, told me I wasted her time and if I didn't want the root canal that day to find another office. Also be careful because of the charges some how you pay more out of pocket than what you should, I asked for a break down of the costs and I was told they don't do that. When I spoke to the front desk girls they kept pushing for the credit card to pay the bill! Stay away! The only good thing there was her assistant, she was amazing

I have been calling since the end of the school year (2021/2022) with no answer, I have left messages for months and there are no replies. It is now the start of the next school year and still no answer. I have been over to the business multiple times, (morning or afternoon) the doors are locked and they are closed. This is all at Lower Burrell office.

Terrified of Dentists and Doctors but had a hole in my wisdom tooth and went to the Edgewood Office... then started going to Monroeville and they sent me to this location for the procedure to get my wisdom teeth taken out. Nicest staff you could find at any of them and mad me feel calm. They did a great job with the procedure too. Only Dentists I trust is from Katsur anymore. I'd Def trust them more than any1 else after getting screwed by Pitt Dental

After waiting over an hour after my scheduled appointment my daughter finally went back for her cleaning and came out with a swollen upper lip because the dental assistant that cleaned her teeth obviously was aggressive and didn't take her time or didn't know how to do her job!

My children (3) had cleaning on 3/23/22. The children all got there cleaning and needed a couple cavities fixed, my youngest got one shot of Novacaine and freaked out when she seen them getting a second shot ready! My oldest was never told he was getting work done but came and told me how many teeth needed to be fixed I signed off and she went back to the room never told him he was getting anything done just thought by never telling him it would be ok to do the work! My middle child she said she wasn't getting them done today! The Pediatric dentist told all 3 of my children they are not welcome back because they would not let them fix the cavities! What grow man tells children that they are not allowed back! My youngest cried because she was scared and really hasn't had to have dental work done! NOT one of them caused a scene, the dentist never came to talk to me never offered sedation or twilight for the future appointments! We have been going to this dentist for years and obviously I will be finding a new dentist for them! I am very upset a grow man would even tell me children this and make them have more anxiety over going to the dentist! Maybe I should send my new bills to you and sending my bills for anxiety meds for causing my children more trauma! I would rate you no stars but I can't post it without a star!

Won't pull a bad tooth sent me to somewhere I cannot get into for months. Will not prescribe anything for the pain so I just have to deal with it for 2 freaking months! Do not recommend if you are in pain from a dental emergency all they care about is what type of insurance you have.

I am So pleased with Dr A and her staff. Everyone is pleasant and kind. The place is clean. Great experience.

Long wait. I arrived at 1:45 for a 2:00 appt and wasn't called back until 2:45. Then Dr didn't come in till a little after 3. BUT everyone is very nice there. They're just busy, so be prepared to wait

They have bedside manors and I couldn't ask for a better place to go. They even offer payment plans if you need to pay for something your insurance won't.

Had teeth pulled in October and still waiting for my dentures...I can't eat right...I can't go out in public...2 times now my appointment has been canceled due to lab delays!!! The staff is awesome there but the wait time is out of control

I've been going to Katsur for a while now an never had a bad experience. Normally you don't wait long to be seen. The doctors there are very professional but also are very kind an welcoming. The staff is very friendly an helpful.
