Unbelievable. They advertise emergency walk ins welcome and that they open at 8:30 on Thursdays. Not only is it 8:40 and the door isn't open, but I came early to do a walk in procedure, ended up having to call them since they still haven't opened and told they no longer take walk ins. Next appointment was 6 days out for emergency visit. Lady on the phone sounded like she couldn't care less.

Wait 6 months for an cleaning appt, only for them to tell me my appointment is actually an exam, to get on a list to be cleaned? Last time I was there I had an exam , only use this place for emergencies.

my Favorite is Dr. G! She is stern and no B.S. She has that caring touch when needed. The staff is over worked but if you can get in dont be late or blow off appointments. KATSUR SS is the BEST!

I tried another dental practice big mistake. I like the attention that is given to you. They explain everything to you The doctors and technicians are wonderful I won't be leaving them again.

I feel Dr Ghaffari is very pleasant efficient and knowledgeable and does a great job. I have been her patient over many years time and would recommend her.

The workers were very nice and friendly. Helpful in all ways. Very Courteous and kind. Very nice and clean office. Crystal came to assist me and was very nice and welcome me to the office explaining everything she did.. My Dr.M. was very attentive and helpful and sweet! I love my first visit and felt very welcome and at ease!!! Thank You all very very much . My Dr. took time with me and explained everything!!!!!! Would recommend Dentist office!!!!!!!

Can't be bothered to return phone calls leads to worse outcomes for patients. Not very professional. Answering service only handles FLA. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Still trying to get my Rx after 10 days and 3 calls. Next call to State Dental Board to file a complaint.

They never answer the phone when you call in. Doesn't matter the day or time, the phone call goes to voicemail each time. Then a number from florida will call you a week later, she got really annoyed with me after I said I couldn't talk over the phone because I was at work. In person everything is fine.

I went to pharmacy to get my prescription filled the prescription had the wrong name on it there was no way to contact the office to straighten it out all the pharmacy could do was wait for a call back

This has to be the worst dental office of all times. The kids dentist is straight up mean to children with dentist fears and getting ahold of these people is impossible. I have been calling for the past 7 days trying to reschedule a braces appointment. Voicemail after voicemail with no call backs. The gossiping from the front desk staff when you walk in is really entertaining though. I have moved 2 of my kids from this dentist and the 3rd as soon as her braces come off.

They rarely answer the phone. They cancel your appointments after you waited 6 months and do not reschedule. They are always overbooked.
