Customer Service front desk hardly ever answers phone calls. Never returns VM messages. Can't get answers to customers questions.

This place is awful! It's been six months now that I've called the office AND the emergency line about my sons mouth. I still HAVEN'T heard back from them. I go there cause it's convient. The front desk staff is awful, rude and very uneducated. The dentist that I usually see, was supposed to fix one tooth, fixed another. Now I have nothing but mouth pain.. I wouldn't send my dead dog to this god awful place. Shouldn't even be open.

Dr Damich is a consummate professional! He is trusted and respected. Never one to recommend unnecessary procedures, but thorough and gentle when treating you. I have been a patient for many years.

At my first visit I was given a breakdown of my costs. Since then my insurance company has been trying to reach the office to correct a possible mistake. This has been going on for over a week. Even with messages left no one has responded. I'm not sure if I want to use a company that ignores their patients like this.

An earlier appointment time opened up that day. They called and gave me the opportunity to come in earlier. Once there I was seen right away. They examined my teeth did some work observed future work that need completed. The worker were all very nice and the dentist was exceptional.

The staff was very kind and helpful. However I was very disappointed with my kids' experience. My daughter's fillings look awful and her mouth was in a lot of pain after her fillings. (Not her first filling but from another dentist.) They tried to give her nitrous oxide, or at least strongly encouraged it multiple times, but without need. My son needs multiple fillings and I'm not comfortable with sedation. The dentist (Tennimeyer) would not do the fillings herself! I said just do one or two and she won't do it. Very frustrating. Now I'm finding a new dentist.

Had a bad toothache, Dr Damick took x-rays, , did an exam, and counseled me on how we could proceed. He asked what were my thoughts then gave his opinion of what could be done. He wasn't stressing his way or no way and even referred me to an oral surgeon for what needed done. I appreciate when my ideas aren't dismissed!

If you want someone to actually answer the phone call a different dentist. The only way you can get an appointment is through online requests, and if you miss their one call, they won't answer your call back and if you leave a voicemail don't hope for a call back. Called for an emergency appointment and was told there were none any time soon (that's literally why it's called an emergency appointment) and then they hung up on me because I stated that an appointment in a month would not be for an emergency.

Dr. Kelly was very considerate and kind. While performing the extraction of my impaired tooth, Dr. Kelly made sure I was aware of every step and made me feel at ease. Overall great work in and out would recommend!

Got some teeth pulled today and I'm in a lot of pain but the staff is great there and did an amazing job today and every other day I've been there

Dentist is always thorough and kind. Along with the hygienists. My daughter has had a tooth pulled and a cavity filled and has always been comfortable doing so.

Every time I go into my appointment the ladies are always so courteous. I am seen with in less than 5 minutes. And the doctors & techs are just so great. I love going into this office

This place is a joke!!! Took my 3 year old there for a cleaning and they told me my daughter had 3 cavities and referred me to children's (thank god). When to children's for a consultation and the dentist said that she had 0 cavities and her mouth was perfectly fine. He also recommended that whoever cleaned my daughter's teeth he would not go back to. So do your kids a favor and go elsewhere!! Horrible dentist office and clearly needs more trained professionals!
