DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. My appointment was at 10:00 for 2 children under 5. They kept me waiting for an hour before seeing us, when we get back to the chair, they have little to none, Patience for the children. The doctor was rude, and rushed through the appointment. I'm beyond upset about the experience. I'm just hoping my children aren't going to be scared to go back to another dentist

This office was in my provider listing, Medicaid. But they don't accept Medicaid except for children. I don't understand that. I don't understand dentists under Medicaid providers have bad reviews. I don't understand why they haven't changed their listing if they don't accept Medicaid.

If I could give zero stars I would this place is HORRIBLE the Dentist was extremely rude I have a phobia of Dentist from childhood and they didn't even try to make sure I was comfortable I asked the Dentist how long he thought it would take for my extraction and the answer I got in a very rude tone was it will be done when it's done Also the dentist didn't even know what tooth he was extracting so it's like he didn't even bother to look at my chart before he came in the room I got out the chair and I left and I will never go back I would not recommend this place to anyone

Wait a long time to get in to be seen, over an hour. Once we got it, everything was fine.

Wasn't in any pain until I decided to get my crown fixed that chipped landed me in a months worth of pain which lead to missed work because they chose not to listen to me whenever I told them that the temporary crown was lodged in my gums was irrated and cause infection whenever they taken off and they decided to use temporary bond which caused pain infection if they only listen to me whwn I told the dentist and the assistant that caused my issues in the beginning gums was irrated it would have saved me from sleepless nights of pain and agony. Should have just done Pitt Dental...beware..of this place especially if they don't listen to the patient.

While I know it's my responsibility I've never set an appointment that didn't give me some type of reminder. Staff I ok they need a better system instead of giving me a bunch of papers with dates. It makes it harder to keep up. I'm probably going to move on just for the convenience. I don't want to miss any appointments.

The atmosphere was nice. My girls were comfortable unfortunately one of my babies had complications two days later. I took her back and she's still in pain. I'm now trying to figure out what to do next. My other daughter was great, in and out no complications. I'm so confused at this point...

We happen to change insurance carriers and our dentist no longer took our insurance. We unfortunately had an emergency they were able to get us in right away and help us! The staff is amazing!

Very fast and friendly. I have been to many different dentist and this 1 by far is the best and just overall great. Greats you right away and yeah it was busy but it felt like I was seen immediately. The oral surgeon was very nice and so was the staffing there.

Thank you to the Anesthesia Doctor and Nurse. They were wonderful and to the Dentist he did a great job. Khloe did really well with the Anesthesia and we have some funny stories to tell her when she is fully awake
