Have went here for years. Dr shmit was amazing. However the new dentist who replaced him is awful. Incompetent and only after money. Went for a cleaning and had a filling that was falling out. He chose to do nothing and schedule a follow up. In that time a infection formed. He ran my insurance for a procedure and when it was denied he claimed he couldn't do the procedure. Wanted to pull 2 of my back teeth instead of dealing with the issue. He is young and new and was charging for services he wasn't providing.

Office staff is very friendly and courteous. Dr. Schmidt is very competent and efficient, friendly and courteous. My hygienist Melissa is very competent, efficient and friendly. My experience today was without issues and I was in and out in a short period of time. Never had a bad experience at the Monaca office.

Im really nervous with dentists and dont handle pain well... let me tell you these people are the best. They made sure i couldnt feel a thing and kept me nice and relaxed! Best dentist ive found in years

My recent visit with Dr. Schmidt, and the rest of the staff at Katsur Dental this morning was pleasant. Everyone was professional and cheerful. Highly recommend this office to anyone seeking general dentistry, denture, or orthodontic services! And, Dr. Kelly's chairside manner, pain free extractions, and overall care is outstanding!

I have been using Katsur dental for about 15 years for both dentistry and orthodontics. I love it there! The doctors and staff are wonderful.

Everytime I have taken my kid here his dentist is very rude and doesn't listen to anything the parents or kids have to say. I will not be going back

worst dentist i've ever been to. recently moved up from texas. the receptionists were extremely rude and then i get a paper saying rate your bravery don't worry we cater to cowards.. wow. was taken back to a room for x-rays and i have a ton of concerns about my teeth. the dentist didn't listen at all. i know for a fact i have cavities because i was told by 2 different dentists in texas that i had cavities before i had insurance. the dentist here claims he didn't see any. i told him it hurts when i eat sugar and he insisted that i didn't have cavities. he didn't even tell me his name. he referred me to a root canal specialist and told me to go in the other room so the assistant could clean my teeth. she was very rough and cut my lip. this visit was rushed and not thorough at all. i don't feel that my insurance should even be billed for this horrible service.
