The staff are all very pleasant and polite. They were quick and efficient as well. My 6 yo daughter had an abscess and the tooth needed pulled and Dr. Dandashi was direct and explained everything to me and then had me wait in the waiting room. We were only there for an hour total. My daughter said he was very nice and she felt comfortable as well-even for her first ever dental procedure! I prepared her ahead of time and told her they were going to have to pull the tooth and that she'd have the laughing gas and numbing medication, so she was expecting everything. She was brave and they were great!

Went in today for a cleaning and everyone was friendly besides 1 staff member checking people in up front. Was extremely rude, used street language to engage hostile conversation and never set up my next appointment just said bye your already checked out. I love katsur's work but staff like this has me switching providers soon.

This Dental office is been a good office way back 2008. I have been a patient there for over 14years now, as time goes by this office is not well-maintained, their patient exam chair is broken. Matter of fact I just had an appointment today as we speak. They need to fix that chair it is a hazard safety to any patients. And please the front door need a glass cleaner. Dentist assistant she is courteous and listening to my complain about my tooth, she explains well definitely like her. Doctor Jhon/Jon is quick and straightforward in my diagnosis this is my first time to see this doctor today so, I can't really say anything about him not yet. Maybe in the future.

I love this Katsur. The staff is always friendly and on time and I hardly ever have a long wait. The dentist is bomb and he has a great staff. One thing I wish they were open more days

They don't have a oral surgeon and they don't take new patients the lady couldn't even give me resources on how to find a place who does, what are they good for

I have several medical conditions, but Dr. John and all his staff are always very professional and kind. Making sure that you are greeted when you come into the office from the time you arrive until the time you leave making sure you are taken care of. I know he is a dentist, but you can tell he takes pride in his work and more of an artist making sure your teeth and smile look their best. I highly recommend him to anyone that is afraid to go to the dentist, he does everything possible to make your experience as pleasant as possible. Thank you again Dr. John for all your help and compassion fixing my teeth and smile.

Wow!!!! Nice people.... haven't been to this dentist since 2011 and it got better..... just went back on May 5th and now 2 weeks on May 20th they will do a root canal and possibly other things too.... got antibiotics today for an infection in my tooth... very thorough and very extremely professional too. ....

I gave this place a 3 out of 5 star coz I just visited this dentist on May 12, 2022 and am still in pain after a root canal was done on one tooth..... now the other tooth needs done and this dentist office isn't very thorough on checking for other cavities or doing 2 root canals in 1 day..... Gotta go back asap and show them what is going on and no pain medicine is given for the pain and only told to take motrin or Tylenol and both don't work for me.....

I took my 5 year old for a teeth cleaning and the dentist was impatient and rude he got got mad n walked out and told the female dentist to brush her teeth because my daughter was scared never going there again

Only some parents are allowed to sit with their children for comfort and support while going through fill ins, route canals, etc. The staff there are not to friendly either.

McKeesport Katsur is understaffed, and overworked. The waiting room was very busy with patients, and on our first appointment we waited an hour and a half for a 5 minute appointment because there was 1 pediatric dentist.
