My favorite dental from Katsur gave my smile some one to smile about . W9en i had my first tooth ache. The tooth beside that was given a hard look.Really soon i had two new teeth! T8en i felt a sharp pain in the bottom tooth and with a thorough examination i had a feeling placed, then the weierd thing about it was i thought i had chewn onto a fosk kind of feeling. I made my visit in the month of January. The cool doc at Katsur dentist took off a little imqerfection. That same day I heard him ark me to follow up to squedule a check up. I think i exit the office today with more of a smile an a lot of happiness. The lobby was clear with a game show with two contestants. Nice place for your Orthodontist plans which are on a poster in the lobby.

I recently started to experience tooth pain. I called on Monday for an appointment. They scheduled me for Wednesday. The dentist and assistant was excellent they helped me as soon as I got there. My pain started to subside within minutes after the dentist targeted my issue. In addition to the help from the dentist and assistant... Mandy in this office is always kind and professional. She helps me every time I call there and it is always a good experience. So my experience is 100% from my initial call to the time that I walk out of the door!! Thank you Katsur Dental!!!

Having to wait for my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances the office girls were very understanding and apologetic. They made me very happy and when I did get to come in they all made a fuss as to how good my teeth looked. Thank you girls. And my dentist is awesome as well

They are the worst. They don't even deserve one star. Lie about calling you. Very rude when you catch them in a lie and will just hang up on you

I've went here my entire life. From when I was a kid and i'm in my 20s now. I drive the 45 minutes to this location because they always take good care of me and my teeth!

Dr did a great job on my 16 yr old daughters root canal and the assistant was great at calming her nerves down.

they were very rude and the waiting room is not very kid friendly especially for it being a pediatric dentist. I was concerned about my son's teeth and they just brushed it off like it was nothing. I have not been back since.

Went there when I was younger and didn't like it then. Gave them a chance when my daughter needed her caps done bc they were the only pediatric dentist in the area to perform that procedure that took her insurance. I called ahead to make sure there were no special instructions, thinking that since he may be doing the procedure that day she would be sedated, they said no. So I figured they wouldn't be fully sedating her just maybe twilight or laughing gas and Novocaine. NO! Another mother there was told her son was waiting to be sedated, after being there for 1hr past her time and she had no idea he was being sedated that day!! Absolutely not. We walked out. Never again. You will not ok put MY CHILD who is only 7 under IV sedation without telling me!! No thank you. Would NEVER recommend.

I don't understand how this place only has bad reviews. I've been going here for a while now for fillings and cleanings and I've never had a problem. It's a nice, small, quiet place and the dentist and nurses have been nothing but good to me. Nurses are friendly and me as a shy person was able to converse with them easily and even get a couple laughs. The dentist himself is very helpful and informative. They know when you're nervous and uncomfortable and they will help you through that.

I had an initial exam, went today for my first appointment for a few cavaties (from gums receeding) which were on the side of my teeth. The doctor did not explain anything he was about to do, including giving me 2 additional (4 shots in all) to numb me. The additional shots were done under the guise he was about to begin working on my teeth. In order to drill on the side of my teeth, it was necessary to pull my cheek out for better access. My complaint was he did so with his fingers and was rough in doing so. During this time my teeth were still sensitive to feeling the drill. I had tears rolling out of my eyes. The dentist and assistant saw my tears yet said NOTHING. He stopped drilling and the assistant does the filling. When I relayed that he had hurt me during the process, she was rude in her reply. She told me I have more work to be done and either I can make a follow up appointment or not!! Quote ...you decide. Absolutely no compassion or kindness for their patients. Lastly, it has been 9 hours since that appointment and the right side of my mouth is swollen and feels as though I was punched in my jaw. No doubt from the painful shots and handling of my mouth. I will NEVER recommend them to another.
