This is one of the worst dentist office I ever been to I walked in with my son I stand and the front desk 2 to 3 minutes no one would look at me or ask may I help you or ask if I had an appointment so I just signed my sons name and sit back this was unprofessional then later we was called Pan where he was seein by The nurse Minutes later The doctor come in. he was laying in the bed she looked at his mouth and said what needs to be done he was on pain because he was moving around she told us just take him home he's just a kid he's just a little scared all he needs is just nice talk and he'll stop movin' she was so rude I don't think they should be working with kids because they are not professional with kids I've been to different doctors office for kids and they know how to talk to them and to be nice to them and they let them do the work cause the kids and they scared they don't have that they should not be working with kids they was all rude and unprofessional they don't know how to welcome the parents in either just walk in when a parents walk into the office they should be welcomed in being treated nice these people was all rude and races

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely TERRIBLE with really MISERABLE workers who don't communicate with each other or anyone else, and quite frankly if you want to go in there and speak to someone you feel would care about your care, do NOT go here. You'd think with all the other POOR reviews they've had, that they'd get it together . They really could care LESS at this facility. Have heard nothing but bad about this place.

Worst dental experience ever. My eight year old was suffering from tooth pain. His normal dentist couldn't see him as he was out of town so my sister said to try Katsur because they normally do emergencies. They couldn't see him for two days so I called his PCP because he had swelling. Pcp called in antibiotics. I called Katsur and the first red flag popped up. She was so rude, told me the day of the appointment, then hung up on me without giving me the time. I called the next day for the time and thought a different lady answered because she sounded sweet. Nope. It was her. She openly admitted to hanging up on me because she was "cranky" and gave me the time of the appointment. The day of the appointment, I am asked to fill out paperwork like always as a new patient. The girl at the desk was just rude. I filled it out and waited. We get called back and the hygienist, I guess she was, looks at his mouth. She asks if he brushes his teeth himself then takes the explorer tool and scrapes off plaque to show him. Basically made me feel like the worst parent ever for letting my child brush his own teeth. The dentist arrives and explains that his cavity is deep and needs pulled. She then explains that they only having laughing gas for him. She also shames me for letting him brush his own teeth and also for getting the antibiotics. They check my insurance and say I have copays that need paid today because "we don't bill here". I remembered I had a secondary insurance and they got irritated because they had to enter it. She even apologized to the front desk girl for all the "extra work" I created for her. The procedure starts and my son is scared. I walk over to him to calm him down. They then send me out of the room and said they would come get me if needed. I was so confused. 15 minutes later she comes out with my son. She has a slip of paper with Children's Hospital number on it and tells me they won't fix his other tooth because he freaked out. My son said one of the ladies held him down. They gave me NO follow up care instructions. My sister had to call to find out when I could let him eat and take the gauze out because I haven't cared for a pulled tooth in a while. I read a lot of the reviews after our appointment and wish I would have read them before. They really shouldn't see children. I'm so disappointed.

This place is so unorganized. There is no communication on what's going on. They don't communicate with each other. They had no idea my kids were siblings, after checking in They were still looking my other daughter. Asked me what work was being done..im not the dentist. You figure it out. After checking in, they said nothing and let me just stand there..this place needs to do better. The wrong time was given. I have nothing good to say. I can't wait to find a new dentist.

I took my 3 year old son to Katsur Dental in Bridgeville, PA for his first dentist appointment. The dentist only used a poke to count his teeth and then applied a fluoride treatment. They barely spent any time with us before I was referred to a pediatric dentist for potential cavities. They never cleaned his teeth as I was in the room with him the entire time. However, they noted on his chart that a teeth cleaning was performed and submitted it to the insurance company for payment which was processed. When I saw the claim submitted to the insurance company, I attempted to contact Katsur multiple times and have left multiple messages, but they will not answer the phone or return my messages. I am so disappointed in the lack of service and patient treatment provided by this practice. I have switched to another dentist and will not be going back or recommending this practice to anyone. I also followed up with my dental insurance company regarding the fraudulent claim that was filed for services.

Disorganized. Wasted entirety too much time and expense with Dr. Cohen. They never took responsibility for their many mistakes costing me extra visits and expense out of my pocket. Looks like I need to find a compet service. This place is a debacle. June 2022 edited to add: I would have left and found another dentist but I am held captive because they can't get the manufacture of this denture correct after 4 visits. Now the process starts over again. More visits will be needed because of the simple fact that many here do not care or know how to do their job.. Aug 2022 edited to add: Done with this place. Dr. Cohen strikes again. He is too old and forgetful to be practicing. He can't even remember the work he is doing or the plan he made. Almost tore off my temp crown.

Love them. Super nice. Helped me get rid of my mouth infection when I couldn't get out of bed and was in so much pain. Straight to the point and everyone is so nice. I would definitely recommend you try them out. You won't regret it. I'll update more after I get my dentures!! The dentist physically put his hands on my because I said w curse word after he decided he wouldn't do my mouth surgery. Totally lazy and really bad people

I took my son there who is 5. He needed to be seen for cavities. The dentist was rude and her bedside manner was awful. when I said something to her she discounted my feelings and made me feel like a horrible mother. I left in tears. I would never recommend them for anyone.

Lady on front desk who is a old lady she is so mean sooooooo mean I hate her I hate to see her again she really hurt me by misbehaving I paid money to them to take off my braces she act like she is doing for free
