Each time I've brought my children we had a postive experience. The dentist and dental assistants are friendly, quick, and helpful. I do love that they can fit all my children into a same day time frame so I don't have to come back multiple days. I have a special needs child (Autistic) which they have work with other time prior to this appointment, they treat his needs with respect and walk him through the cleanings which I appreciate. My only con about this location is the wait times can be long it varies on if they are short handed.

I went here when i was a kid for braces so i thought it would be a good option for my toddler. They saw him at 3 and yelled at me for brushing his teeth with flouride toothpaste (Ada says fluoride from the first tooth is important) saw them again at 3.5, and the pediatric dentist yelled at me and my son for my son sucking his thumb, as if i hadn't been trying with him already. Told me i didn't brush his teeth good enough, quickly brushed his teeth with another tooth brush then left without saying another word. Even the nurse looked upset at the way he treated us. Gross. Won't be going back. Nurses were nice, but they could have at least had stickers for the kids that did really well.

The pediatric dentist should not be working with children. He does not put them at ease. He scares them. He is rude. Ignores the parents. I will never bring my children here again.
