This place is amazing! They completely transformed my smile into the dream teeth I always wanted. Everybody is extremely caring and totally helpful upon visiting; been here for years and never going anywhere else.

I absolutely would recommend katsis ortho to anyone whether you are a kid or an adult. They always make you feel welcome and provide the best care. I had braces for a year and afterwards i lost my retainer and they we more than happy to help me get a new one!

Staff is welcoming and explain things in detail. Dr. John is thorough and explains the process well. My 9 year old feels comfortable with staff and doctor.

If you are looking for orthodontist that each appointment takes a minimum of half hour because they overbook, this is your place. Plan to spend a lot of time waiting even for a quick issue.

My son had a wonderful visit today with Dr John and his team.They always treat us like family. The girls at check in are always on top of their game. After surviving 3 kids in braces we wouldn't go anywhere else but here.

While the doctor is great, the billing from his office leaves much to be desired. I cannot recommend this practice. Consistently, we've received bills which are due on the 1st of the month well after. Often, this has left us with no time to mail payment and we've been assessed late fees as a direct result. When contacting the front desk we were met with rude, unprofessional responses. We attempted to pay our balance in full in the amount of our most recent bill, but had the check returned to us for some reason. Unless you're willing to pay in full up front or absorb late fees due to the office's ridiculous billing practices I'd recommend choosing one of the other nearby orthodontists.

After a bad experience with another orthodontist in Bartlett, we tried Dr. Katsis. The outcome is so worth the process. I am 100% more confident with my smile. I couldn't be happier!

Katsis Orthodontics has a welcoming atmosphere where staff is friendly and eager to help. I had my braces off for about 10 years now and needed to get my broken permanent retainer taken out. All my questions were answered with detail and without medical jargon. I was in and out of the building very quickly and the permanent retainer was removed comfortably. I am very happy with my experience and recommend Katsis Orthodontics to anyone in need of their services.

Came in for consultation today. I wore braces when I was 14, now I am 29 and this experience was a whole lot different. Spent a fair amount of time with Yolanda and she was great, very high energy, very positive, very nice. Dr Katsis was professional, friendly and gave me a great consultation that left me feeling comfortable and excited to come back. 100% Recommend.

I've been a patient here since January 2014. It's been over 1 year since I've had my braces off. The doctors and workers here are all accommodating and professional. Dr. Katsis thoroughly fixes teeth and communicates with parents often. He always makes me feel comfortable and their office follows strict COVID-19 guidelines. I recommend Katsis orthodontics.

Doctor ... is very nice and professional. From the start he was explaining things for me to better understand the whole process. I was choosing between regular braces and Invisalign, and he helped me to make the right choice. He described all possibilities and options without any pressure for either way. After I got my braces I started seeing results in very short period of time and was very happy. Everybody at the office are also very friendly and helpful if you have any concerns or questions, and they always try to make you feel as comfortable as they can. Great team of professionals.
