So sweet. So Professional. So Awesome. Dr. Klein and her staff are amazing. I am an orthodontist in Philly and she helped a patient of ours. I am so happy this world has people like Dr. Klein to make it a better place. I would give you 10 stars if I could.

I have been long overdue in recommending Dr Klein. We had a long journey in bringing back my smile after my front teeth got traumatized a while ago. Dr Klein brought back my confidence and I proudly show my smile now as often as I can. My case was complicated due to transverse and lateral displacement as well as fracture. Her Invisalign treatment did wonders and she pushed what was possible. I also needed a big filling replacement (the fracture) in the process that I was meant to get done with my 'regular' dentist and what would have cost me $$$. I was so happy when Dr Klein just did it like it was no big deal for free. Thank you!

We were referred to Dr. Klein by another orthodontist because our son's severe underbite presented a more complex case than he felt he could handle. To be referred by another orthodontist for your skill and experience says a lot and it was the first clue that we were in great hands. From the first meeting, it was clear that Dr. Klein is incredibly knowledgeable and she outlined our son's treatment plan in a way that put us all at ease. He needed jaw surgery in addition to braces to correct his bite, and she worked with his surgeon to coordinate each step of the process. He'll be getting his braces off in a few weeks and I am so pleased with the outcome. He has a beautiful smile and a perfect bite and we are so thankful to Dr. Klein. She is the perfect combination of skill, experience and professionalism wrapped up in an approachable and friendly personality and I highly recommend her!

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Klein. We first started seeing her at her old practice in Boston and when she moved to practice full time in Needham, we followed. It has been the best decision. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable and gives all the available options. She explains things and is personable, down to earth, and caring. And she is so wonderful with children. She explains everything, no surprises, and makes sure kids (and adults!) feel safe and cared for. We recommend her to anyone who needs orthodontic care. She truly loves what she does and wants everyone to love their teeth and their smile!

My son is a patient of another orthodontist about 15 miles away. Earlier this week we lost the key to crank his pallet expander. our office was closed for a few days and after a few desperate calls to practices in the area I called Dr. Klein. She listened to the situation and told me to swing by and she could give me a replacement key. I can't express how relieved we were and how impressed I was with her willingness to help. 5 stars. If we lived in the area she would be our orthodontist!

I am a former patient of Dr. Klein and I have nothing but high praises for this invested Doctor. Dr. Klein has helped me gain my confidence back through the precise and individualized process of making sure my smile was exactly the way I wanted it but also to the point where she felt confident in the end result too. After Dr. Klein left her previous office, I struggled to get in contact with them for appointments. The last resort was to call Dr. Klein and see if she could help me. Dr. Klein called me AFTER business hours (which is unheard of), and was determined to help me continue my appointments. Within 24 hours, she had managed to make sure the previous office had reached out to me. Even though I am no longer a direct patient of Dr. Klein, I still feel as though she is invested in my smile and the care of her patients. I am extremely grateful I found Dr. Klein!

Dr. Klein goes above and beyond for her patients. She is kind, honest, and empathetic - you can tell she genuinely cares and wants to help. She gave me so much of her valuable time to help me and set my mind at ease. My mom is also a patient and we both have nothing but high praise for Dr. Klein. I am truly so grateful to have found a doctor like her - she is one in a million! Don't think about going anywhere else for your orthodontic needs.

Dr. Klein treated both of my kids, one from 2015-2017 and one from 2020-2022, through the MGH dental group, and I'm thrilled that they were able to complete their orthodontic needs with her before she completed her transition to Needham full-time. She is an amazing doctor, with incredible chair-side manner and investment, and an ability to predict the course of treatment with remarkable accuracy. So grateful!

I have only the absolute best things about say about Dr. Klein. I followed Dr. Klein from her practice at MGH to her beautiful new private practice in Needham, MA. Her abilities as an orthodontist are among the best of the best. I had a very complicated ortho case after having a very involved jaw surgery procedure and her training and experience were so very evident. I feel so fortunate to have been a patient of Dr. Klein's and couldn't recommend her more highly.

I went to Dr. Klein for new retainers. The clinic is very clean and pretty. Dr. Klein gave me a thorough check up and recommended a very considerate solution. Now I have retainers for at least 10 years.

My experience with Dr. Klein was excellent. I was referred to her by my dentist -- who spoke very highly of her work. Dr. Klein gave me her undivided attention throughout the appointment. I received a thorough, evidence-based consultation, and she thoughtfully answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

My experience with Dr. Klein was amazing. She listened to my goals and concerns to correct my smile after years of not wearing my retainer after having braces as a teenager. When the pandemic started, she made sure that my orthodontic treatment continued as safety and quickly as possible. Through every hiccup that the pandemic threw at us, she was able to problem solve my situation to a beautiful smile that I am so grateful for. Example: I got married during the pandemic while still be treated by her, so she took off my Invisalign brackets before my ceremony so I wouldn't have them for my photos. It's thoughtful actions like that, that make any medical doctor something special. On top of all that, she felt like a friend. We'd swap holiday stories and she was one of the first people who got a sneak peak of my wedding dress. I hope she enjoyed all of my shoe purchase suggestions. I cannot recommend her enough. Although I never want braces again, I'd come up with any excuse to see her in the future!

Got a retainer here. It was a very fast, easy and pain-free process. They had a probe that just took pictures of all my teeth instead of using a gross mold that my other orthodontist used to give me my first retainer. I got the retainer back quickly and it fit. The staff was also very nice.

Dr. Klein is truly the best of the best and I would recommend her to everyone without hesitation. She led my orthodontic work through my jaw surgery and has been knowledgeable, empathetic, and so caring every step of the way. Her appointment at Harvard Medical School is a testament to her commitment to providing the most cutting edge, highest quality care for her patients and on top of that she's just the sweetest human being ever!

Best orthodontist we've ever had. We have been with her for over 12 years. She's great at what she does and she's very knowledgeable. She always gave us treatment options for our complicated cleft case. She has a great chair side manner and puts your needs first. She runs a great practice!! We always refer our friends and family who may need orthodontics to her. We are excited for her to expand and open a new practice:)

We have been seeing Dr Klein regularly for over 10 yrs as a cleft lip & cleft palate patient. My son Vaughn H. loves her and she has always been very open and honest with us by letting us agree on which treatment option would be best for our situation. Dr Klein and her assistants are positive, knowledgable, informative and treat you like you are their first and only concern. Dr Klein's work is truly an impressive art form :)
