I was just amazed by the staff here. They are so caring and friendly. I felt at ease. They asked allot of questions about any issues and health of my teeth. They were great at working on my problems and recommending options and new regimens to help. Over the years I visited many denist offices... This place is my number one go to... every time. I would recomend Dr. Percosky and her lovely staff always. She fixed my front tooth better than anyone and gave me my smile back... I'm very very picky and she took her time and worked it out perfect! I've gone to all the best places to get it right, Dr.Percisky fixed it right the 1st time. Wonderful job. If I didn't say it enough...Thank you!@@

I switched my family to Gentle Dentistry a little over a year ago, and I am soo happy I did! Dr. Kathy and her staff are amazing! No crazy waits for appointments, no long wait times. We have 5 kids so we see them often, they are great with all my kids 2-16! I think its weird that my kids get upset when it's not their turn to go. but thays how you know you found a great place!

Dr Kathy saw me during this pandemic even though I was not a patient of hers (my dentist retired). I broke a tooth and she repaired it. I am grateful for the pandemic precautions they took. I felt safe and definitely will return for regular dental care

I have been to Gentle five times since moving back to Johnstown and every single time, I'd five star that place!! I've had cleanings, fillings and a tooth extracted and each time, excellent job by a wonderful staff! Dr. Kathy has very reassuring eyes and a great sense of humor, and genuinely seems interested in her patients. There is a legit reason they call it Gentle because they are kind and considerate! My smile may be all busted and teeth rotted from the inside out, but I come out of there with a smile each time thanks to them! So glad I found them and I'll highly recommend them to anyone that needs/wants quality professional dentistry done!

I have gone to Dr. Percosky's office for the past couple years. I was pleased with the office staff and Dr. Percosky was very knowledgable. I recruited my family to start going to the office and they loved it also. However, I went in today for my regular cleaning. When I arrived at the office the receptionist told me I had missed my appointment and it was scheduled for earlier in the day. This struck me as odd because as I scheduled the appointment I wrote it in my planner immediately and she was now telling me it was a different time. Also, when I called to schedule my appointment I asked them to send me new paperwork as I had moved and lost mine, I verified my address and asked to update my phone number. I told the receptionist on the phone my new number and she said it was updated. I never received a call to verify my appointment, so I showed up at the time I had written down thinking everything was fine. Anyhow, the receptionist, Tammy I believe, was so unprofessional and rude. She was snickering at the fact that I was sure my appointment was at a different time and that I was confused about the mistake. She was snarky, arrogant, and just plain rude! She told me that they had already mailed out my fee for missing my appointment, keep in mind I showed up one hour past the time they had me in their system for. I mentioned I never received a verification call and she told me that my old number was still in the system, even though I asked to update it, she said I never gave them my new phone number. She said my only option was to reschedule for late August. I made the appointment and left fuming angry at how she spoke to me about the whole situation. If she would have realized there was some sort of miscommunication and simply rescheduled, that would have been totally fine, but her attitude was not acceptable. Needless to say, I called and cancelled my appointment. I will not be returning to Gentle Dentristry, my family will not be returning, and I will absolutely deter anyone from visiting this office. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Update: I have since received a $50 missed appointment fee in the mail even though the miscommunication was on their end! I will be calling to speak with Dr. Percosky directly and absolutely refuse to pay a fee due to their mistakes!

I've been a patient with Dr. Kathy since 1995 and I have nothing but good things to say. I owe my smile to her and I would recommend Gentle Dentistry to anyone. The staff are all professional and personable and actually make going to the dentist a fun experience....if that is hard to believe. I may be just a patient but Kathy has always treated me like a friend. I just had my 24 year anniversary with Gentle Dentistry and I hope to celebrate 24 more years with my dentist family! Thanks for everything.

Tue staff here is very nice which avoided a 1 star but Dr Kathy wouldn't even do a simple tooth extraction or me which highly pissed me off yet she extracts a friend of mmine teeth which were in worst shape than mine so she clearly and wrongfully plays favorites on who she does work for and who she doesnt which is a JOKE she pretty much forced me to go to the worst dental office on the planet because of her laziness and her lies which therefore makes her worse than new dimentions aa least they can keep a god damn story straight
