DR. SIEMENS WAS BORN AND RAISED IN FRESNO, CA WHERE SHE GRADUATED FROM CLOVIS WEST HIGH SCHOOL. UPON GRADUATION SHE ATTENDED COLLEGE AT THE UNVERIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, LOS ANGELES, WHERE SHE GRADUATED WITH HONORS AND A DEGREE IN BIOLOGY. SHE RECEIVED A SCHOLORSHIP TO ATTEND THE UNIVERSITY OF THE PACIFIC SCHOOL OF DENTISTRY IN SAN FRANCISCO AND COMPLETED HER DENTAL DEGREE THERE IN 2006.

AFTER COMPLETING HER DENTAL TRAINING SHE MOVED BACK HOME TO FRESNO, CA TO BEGIN PRACTICING AND TO BE CLOSE TO HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS. SHE ASSOCIATED WITH DR. THEODORE FALK BEFORE PURCHASING HIS PRACTICE IN 2008, COMPLETING A LIFELONG DREAM OF HERS. SHE IS ACTIVE IN HER DENTAL PROFESSION AND IS A MEMBER OF THE AMERICAN DENTAL ASSOCIATION, CALIFORNIA DENTAL ASSOCIATION AND THE FRESNO-MADERA DENTAL SOCIETY. SHE HAS VOLUNTEERED FOR VAROIUS COMMUNITY OUTREACH EVENTS INCLUDING CDA CARES FRESNO. SHE ENJOYS A LIFELONG COMMITMENT TO LEARNING AND PARTICIPATES IN THE PRESITGIOUS SPEAR EDUCATION SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS AND STUDY CLUBS.

SHE IS AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF NORTH FRESNO ROTARY CLUB WHERE SHE HAS CHAIRED THE CENTRAL FUNDRAISING EVENT FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS AND IS INVOLVED IN YOUTH SERVICES WITHIN THE CLUB. DR. SIEMENS IS RECENTLY MARRIED AND SHE AND HER HUSBAND LOOK FORWARD TO RAISING THEIR FAMILY IN FRESNO. IN HER SPARE TIME SHE ENJOYS STAYING ACTIVE, HIKING, AND READING, TRAVELLING TO THE COAST WITH HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND VISITING HER SISTER IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. SHE IS A PROUD AUNT TO HER NEPHEW AND NEICE AND LOVES SPENDING EVENINGS WALKING HER DOG.

Dottie is our office manager and has been with the practice since 1995. She has lived in Fresno all her life and graduated from Roosevelt high school. She started as a dental assistant, training chairside and then obtaining her RDA license in 1978. She has worked in the dental field for over 50 years and absolutely loves attending to patients needs. She has 2 grown children, 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She enjoys caring for her 3 rescue cocker spaniels, working in the yard and trips to the coast.

Tina Durbano is our wonderful office manager and she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our dental team. She is a Fresno native and graduated from Roosevelt high school. She started as a dental assistant, graduating with her RDA license in 1994. She made the transition to the front office in 2004 and absolutely loves all aspects of the dental field especially attending to patients needs. She has 2 grown children and 1 adorable grandson. She enjoys spending time with her big extended family on the coast every summer, and various travels in search of a good book and the perfect glass of wine.

Kim Keysaw is one of our wonderful dental hygienists. She is a proud central valley native and has practiced hygiene for over 20 years. She received her education and hygiene degree from the University of Southern California and later earned a Masters of Education from Cal State Bakersfield. She is currently an adjunct faculty member at Fresno city college as a clinical instructor in dental hygiene. She is active in the California dental hygienists association and the vice president of the San Joaquin Valley Dental Hygienists Association. She is married with two teenage children and enjoys spending time with her family and all of their sporting activities.

Heather Debban is a wonderful dental hygienist who has been a part of this team since 2009. She is a proud native of Lemoore and received her Hyginie Degree from San Joaquin Valley College in Visalia in 2006. Her passion for people and dentistry make her a favorite to all who work with her. She currently works with us one day a month and spends her spare time with her husband and three young children at the lake or with family both local and on the coast.

Connie Sullivan is a dental hygienist and has been with the practice since 2001. She is a proud native of Fresno and obtained her Dental Hygiene degree from Fresno City College in 1995. She has a passion for hygiene and spent 6 years working for a periodontist in town, furthering her knowledge base and experience in maintaining periodontal health. She is married with two children and enjoys spending time with her family and rescue lab mix titan. In her spare time she actively volunteers for the community food bank and loves cooking and taking trips to the beach.

Melissa Massetti is our newest team member and dental hygienist. She is a proud native of Clovis and received her Dental Hygiene Degree from Fresno City College, graduating with highest honors in 2012. She serves as a Trustee and Co-Chair for the San Joaquin Valley Hygiene Association and serves on the Finance Committee for the California Dental Hygiene Association. She truly has a passion for quality of care for all her patients and is currently pursing her bachelors degree at the oregon institue of technology. When she isnt working or studying she loves being happily married and a mom to her two young children.

Lizeth is our dental assistant. She was born and raised in Madera where she attended and graduated from Madera North High School. She spent several years raising her two beautiful daughters before returning to school and getting her Dental Assiting degree from Reedly College in 2014. She is fluent in both english and spanish. She spends her spare time with her family cooking and taking trips to Monterey.

Pam Reeves is our registered dental assistant. She has been an RDA for 24 years and has extensive experience in general dentistry and orthodontics. She is a valley native and graduate of Sierra High School. Her favorite part about her job is helping her patients get the care they need to feel confident about their smile. Pam and her husband enjoy time away at the beach and share a passion for cooking and spending time with their beloved dogs.
