My profession has been a gift to me. I so enjoy the patients; some I have watched grow up and now I treat their children. I take many continuing education courses to keep up with new advances in dentistry. My involvement in these organizations allows me to provide the finest dental care, utilizing the latest dental technology and treatment techniques.
Originally from Enumclaw, WA, I have lived in Liberty Lake for over 20 years. Kyle, my husband, is a retired middle school teacher here in the valley. We have two grown sons and six grandchildren, all who live close by in Spokane. When Im not in the office, I enjoy jogging, running Bloomsday with the grandkids, snow skiing, reading, and spending time with my family.
I consider giving back to the community to be a privilege and a blessing. I am active in our church, donate dental services to Teen Challenge Men's Center and have been on several mission trips to Guatemala as I enjoy serving others both in and out of the office.

Dental Hygienist I earned my Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene from Eastern Washington University, graduating magna cum laude in 1996. My time with Dr. Olson began in 2011 and since then I have loved getting to know our family of patients. I enjoy talking with my patients, learning about their needs and goals and providing comfortable oral healthcare. I am passionate about providing the highest quality of care while ensuring my patients comfort.
Dental Assistant While my career in dentistry began more than 25 years ago, I joined Dr. Olsons team in 2000. I assist Dr. Olson in order to make our patients comfortable while they are in our office. My favorite part of the job is working with the patients. We have had some great people who have been a part of our practice for many years. I really enjoy showing our patients some of the new restorative procedures that can improve their smiles, and how easy it can be to achieve ideal oral health.
Dental Assistant I have been working in dentistry since 1993 and joined Dr. Olsons practice in 2001. I feel blessed to be working with such a great team as they help make this a really great environment. One of my goals each day is to make sure my patients are comfortable and enjoy their experience here. I strive to build relationships with everyone and help them achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.
My biggest goal is to make sure patients feel heard and understood when talking about their needs. Being in the dental field for fifteen years, it is great to see the progress as patients complete dental treatment. It shows in their smile, personality, and confidence.
I really enjoy being a part of such an amazing team that truly cares about their patients and co-workers. I strive to make sure our patients are taken care of and that they find a plan that works for them. It's important to us that our patients leave happy. I have been in the dental industry since 1999. I am the newest member on the team having joined in August 2021. When I'm not working in dentistry I'm usually working on metalsmithing, jewelry and leather projects. I like to stay busy and work hard, but enjoy down time with my family.

I'm new to this practice, I just had my first two cavities and a 25yo failed filling removed (cleaning and xrays last week). Dr. Olson was extremely caring and patient and was a great communicator throughout the procedure explaining every step and sensation. The support staff of technicians, hygienists and office people are friendly and helpful, and put my comfort and health first. Top recommendation!

My neighbor recommended Dr Olson. She's been seeing Dr. Olson for years. I called about a broken molar and was sitting in her chair within 40 minutes. Everyone in her office was professional, very personable, and excellent listeners. I felt cared for during both of my appointments. I'm looking forward to my next appointment for my permanent crown. Dr. Olson is my choice for excellent dental care.

Turned me in to a collection agency for $741.32 after I paid my balance of $659.09 that I was quoted then she decided that she was off on her quote AND WAS telling me I needed to pay more because she made a mistake on the estimate of $ 741.32

Ask for old filling to be replaced... just put new filling in, didn't smooth/even or fill whole cavity. Now I have cavity not old filling yeah!!! No. Ok but cleaning is on point.

I've had very favorable experiences at Dr. Olson's office. Starting with the nice look of the exterior of the building, the comfortable furnishings of the waiting room, and the friendly welcome of the staff, I was impressed from the start. Dr. Olson introduced herself and she had this very warm, kind way of speaking to me, spent time to get to know me before we talked dentistry, and kept me well informed with the whole examination, treatment, findings and recommendations. Excellent dentist! Arlene and Katherine are also very nice people and great Hygenist's. All-around a high-level of satisfaction!

Have been going to Dr Katherine Olson over 25 years. Super fabulous fantastic dentist. Her staff and hygienists are superb. From the receptionist, billing personnel, the hygienists to Dr Olson cannot get any better service, compassion, honesty, and over all care! We highly recommend Dr Katherine Olson's dental Office!!!!!

If you're looking for a new dentist, you can consider your search complete. I have been a patient of Dr. Olson since I moved here four years ago. Kathy and her team are a tight-knit group of consummate professionals who are excellent at what they do. The staff are kind and courteous, and they place a strong emphasis on explaining the "what" and "why" of every step of the procedure. They put your mind at ease amidst a setting that is oftentimes anxiety provoking. Even better, their finance department works hard to inform you of your bottom line costs well in advance of any work being performed. You have found your new dentist.

Dr Olson and the team take 100% care of me 100% of the time. I have been there on 3 separate occasions now and everyone that has worked on me is very reassuring and kind. They have been undoing 25 years of being afraid of dentists 1 visit at a time.
