Dr. Gilmore was born in Newark, NJ. She entered into dentistry over 30 years ago as a dental assistant while a junior in High School. At that time she developed a desire to help and educate people on the importance of their oral health
She obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree at Rutgers University and received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from UMDNJ. She fulfilled a year long dental internship at Morristown Memorial Hospital, receiving a residency diploma from Columbia University.
Dr. Gilmore took on a new project in 2012, renovating a home/office built in 1885 in Bloomfield. Dr. Gilmore has practicedgeneral dentistry at this location since November 2014. She is excited for both new and current patients to be a part of this endeavor.
The acceptance and support. There is always guidance in my day to day and we can count on one another. No matter how alike or different we are; there is a sense of belonging and being a part of a work family.

I'm very grateful and thankful that for the first time in my life with the experience and care, the patience and dedication of Dr. Gilmore and her wonderful staff (Veronica, Andrea, Katherine), I'm not afraid of going to the dentist anymore!! I thought as well that I could be the worse patient due to my fear, I had terrible experiences with other dental offices! Dr. Gilmore and her team are incredible outstanding in everything they do, they helped me to stay calm during procedures and always explain in detail what they are doing or what it needs to be done for the best care of your teeth as well ! The office is super clean, the music is nice too, it's a very peaceful environment that help people like me to stay calm, ( I don't cry anymore)... they follow health protocols and it makes you feel safer, I can't thank them enough for all the care that Dr. Gilmore and her staff provide for me and my family !! I recommend this Dental office without a doubt!! They are te best dental team I ever known! Thanks again Dr. Gilmore!

Best Dentist I've ever been too! Dr. Gilmore and her Staff are friendly and caring not just about your teeth and oral care just about you personally. The office is SUPER clean and Covid safe. They are extremely knowledgeable and provide excellent care. I've told all my friends and family to try her out.

I hadn't been to the dentist in years and I had a dental emergency. My fiance told me this only dentist he would go to so I went. Dr Gilmore fixed my problems, talked to me about getting braces, guided me to my orthodontist, and I couldn't be happier with all my results. The whole team is welcoming and makes you feel like family. I wont go anywhere else. I highly recommend Dr. Gilmore for any nervous patients and of course anyone looking for a dentist.

Delightful and professional are descriptions that suite this unique dental practice. My experience is that Dr. Gilmore and each person on her staff are focussed on my dental healthy. I don't know that my oral health and my teeth have ever had such personal attention. I recommend Dr. Gilmore without hesitation.

The very best dentist. Dr Gilmore's attention to detail and passion is evident in the way that she practices and interacts with her patients. If you need work done; Dr Gilmore always explains my options and the reasoning for the work being needed. Her calm demeanor, patience and enthusiasm for dentistry shines through her. Dentistry and helping people was and continues to be a calling; we're lucky to have a high calibre dentist right next door! Veronica's patience and calm personality put me at ease anytime I need work done, she always reminds me to breath and I feel at ease in her hands! Andrezza's cleanings are magical; they're thorough and deep without that "feeling" after ward--you know that "feeling." She always offers life advice and even though you can't answer, she understands what you're saying! Catherine is so very kind and warm; its always a pleasure to call the office and hear such a pleasant voice on the other end. She's always on top of confirmations, and always knows what my out of pocket cost will be while accommodating my crazy schedule. Bianca is the sweetest insurance master I've encountered! Anytime I have a question regarding my insurance, she's on top of the ball and can answer my questions! Looking forward to my next visit

Im not some one who leaves reviews, but Dr.Gilmore not only saved me $1600 dollars but the service was exceptional.I had gone to another dentist who had suggested I needed a very expensive crown, a friend had recommended I get a second opinion from Dr.Gilmore, best decision i have ever made. Not only did I not need the costly procedure but she fixed my issue and gave me the best cleaning of my life. Staff great overall an amazing experience.

Would rate higher if possible. A true example how any medical practice should be ran. Dr Gilmore and her staff are welcoming, attentive and very courteous. The office is very peaceful and cozy. Almost doesn't feel like the dentist. Shocked that anyone would rate anything other than 5 stars. Highly recommend

Nice staff & all but what doctor sent a patient away who has been in pain for 2 days without help except to pretty much say "find a dentist who is in your network. money was not an issue for me. I could have paid".
