I can't praise this practice enough! A practice with a traditional, and now seemingly endangered, approach to patient care and sensibilities. Competitive, corporate-chain practices reflect the increasing and unfortunate trend in modern dental practices of upselling unnecessary patient services. as I discovered through bitter personal experience. Not so with this practice - I have every confidence that a recommendation from Dr. Pierce is made in my best interest. I became aware of Dr. Pierce via a recommendation from my primary physician - a much better way to find a practice than responding to a "new patient" special from the chains. I was seeking a second opinion after a recommendation from one of the chain practices that I required a "deep cleaning" procedure, at a not-insignificant cost (and for which the chain's finance consultant (!) was ready to provide easy financing). The recommended procedure was unnecessary and, unfortunately, demonstrative of the trend noted above. Simply put, Dr. Pierce and his staff are a breath of fresh air and I recommend the practice without reservation.

He is a great dentist. Some other dentists may mislead their patients. Probably due to student loan debt concerns. Dr Pierce is honest and will give you an honest evaluation and excellent treatment. Have been going there for five years.

Dr Pierce and his staff are the best. Great care, relaxed friendly office who respond immediately and ALWAYS go the extra mile. I HAPPILY drive an hour from Richlands, absolutely, no question, the BEST dental care in the greater Wilmington area....

Dr. Pierce is first of all a very nice person. His professional chair side manner is just as nice. He personally cares about his patients and takes the time to talk with them of any concerns you might have. His assistance are very caring and treat you like you are their own relative, listening, to your concerns and making sure you are comfortable during your procedures. His hygienists are also very caring and attentive to your concerns while they are cleaning your teeth. I know personally when I told my hygienist that my teeth are sensitive she paid special attention not to aggravate that area. I enjoy going to the dentist . I would recommend Dr. Pierces practice to anyone.
