Dr. Stuart A. Feldman, BS, D.D.S, FACD, is originally from Washington, D.C. He received both his BS in 1965 and D.D.S. degree in 1969 from the University of Maryland. He served as lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps from 1969-1971. He received his certificate in periodontics from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery in 1973. Dr. Feldman has served as assistant clinical professor of graduate periodontics in the department of periodontology at the University of Florida School of Dentistry for over thirty years. He served as past president of the Palm Beach County Dental Association and the Florida Association of Periodontics. Dr. Feldman served for six years as a member of the executive council of the Southern Academy of Periodontology.
Dr. Feldman has been a very active member and has presented programs for the American Academy of Periodontology, Southern Academy of Periodontolgy, Florida Association of Periodontics, Florida Dental Association, Palm Beach County Dental Association, Palm Beach State College Dental Research Clinic, Department of Periodontology (chairman) and many study clubs.
Dr. Feldman completed his initial implant training in endosseous implants in 1984. He has placed over 15,000 endosseous titanium implants since that time. A special interest has been placement of immediate implants with restorations as well as implants in the esthetic zone. Dr. Feldman is a member of both the Academy of Osseointegration and The International Congress of Oral Implantology.
Dr. Feldman has presented continuing education programs on a variety of subjects including autogenous and alloplastic bone grafting in periodontal defects, interdisciplinary therapies to achieve optimal esthetics, long term results of implant therapies, and periodontal regeneration with enamel matrix proteins. Dr. Feldman is a fellow of the American College of Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He has been in private practice in West Palm Beach and Jupiter, Florida since 1975.
Dr. Karina F. Leal, D.M.D is originally from New York. She received both her D.M.D. degree and her certificate in Periodontology from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, where she received numerous honors. Dr. Leal is a Diplomate, of the American Academy of Periodontology.
Dr. Leal has served on the board and has been past president of both the North Palm Beach and Central Palm Beach Dental Societies. She has been and is involved with the Palm Beach State College Research Clinic and various study clubs. She holds active memberships in the American Academy of Periodontology, Board of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and Academy of Osseointegration, among others. She is member of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, an invitation only organization.
Dr. Leal has co-authored and has been sited in numerous journals. She has contributed to lectures and programs highlighting the use of periodontal procedures to optimize dental esthetics, as well as implant dentistry to maximize esthetics and function.
Dr. Leal limits her practice to periodontics and implant dentistry. She not only strives to provide the best outcome in periodontal health using regenerative procedures, but utilizes conservative techniques to obtain excellent esthetics in implant dentistry. Utilizing digital dental cat scans, she is able to preplan surgical treatment in a three dimensional environment to ensure optimal results. Implants can often receive temporary crowns the day of placement. Dr. Leal is passionate about incorporating the advances in digital dentistry to provide her patients with the most advanced dental technologies.

She made my smile so beautiful. She did gingival contouring on my upper gums to make my teeth/gums look more aesthetic. My gums were uneven & she completely revamped them. She talked me through the procedure & it was painless. This office is immaculate & the staff went above & beyond. Five stars isn't enough for how great this experience & outcome was!

Dr. Leal was amazing! I had to have gum graph surgery on my lower front tooth. She explained everything she was going to do, including drawing a sketch of my teeth and why I was losing gum in that tooth. I can honestly say that I never felt any pain or discomfort at all. The front desk manager, Cindy and Dr Leal's assistant Naomi were so pleasant, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend her for periodontal work.

I ended up at Dr. Leal's totally unexpectedly! I am not a fan of needles at all... With that said, this experience has gone quite well!! Dr. Leal & her staff are kind, patient, gentle, concerned, caring, polite, friendly... There aren't enough words to express my appreciation for their help through this process!! If you require their type of specialized service, look no further!! They win make you smile again!

Dr. Leal was recommended by my dentist as the practice he'd visit if he needed this sort of procedure; all I can say is thank goodness for that referral. My experience with extractions/implants with Dr. Leal couldn't be more positive. She is an extremely skilled surgeon who's laser focused on the task at hand, while being through communicative, and warm. She's a pretty good artist too, as she sketched out the entire treatment plan at my consult. I found this visualization to be extremely informative as it prepared me for every step of my procedure. From initial consult through follow up care, Cindy and Stephanie, her admin staff, leave no stone unturned making sure you're taken care of & that every step of this experience is a good one. I highly recommend Dr. Leal.

My Wife Donna loves Dr. Leal and wanted me to write about her. Dr Leal is one of the most professional dentists in the area. She always welcomes Donna with a big hug (except during Covid) and a great smile. Donna was nervous about getting an implant but Dr Leal calmed her down, laid any fears to rest and thoroughly explained the procedure. She felt like an old friend after the consultation and has remained so for several years since. The greatest thing Dr Leal has is patience. She listens to your concerns. She doesn't rush you out in order to see the next patient. Several of her meetings with Donna went well over the appointment time. She also explains whats going on in layman's terms. She wants to help and fix the problem, if there is one Her staff also couldn't be nicer and are extremely friendly whether booking an appointment, chatting before or after the appointment or just calling to check on you after a procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Leal for any procedure. You will not be disappointed!.

No one likes going to the dentist but if it turns out that your teeth disappoint you by failing you want the best periodontist you can find. And I got lucky with Dr. Leal and her staff. What friendly professionalism looks like. Can't recommend Dr. Leal and her team highly enough.

An overall paramount experience when dealing with this office and staff. The front desk does an exceptional job when taking into consideration the patient's needs and requests for appointments as well as any accommodations which I believe they should have a raise for their extraordinary customer service. The team of hygienists take their time and conduct a thorough exam/cleaning followed up by Dr Karina Leal who will conduct another exam and address all questions/concerns that the patient has. A rare find in all aspects of care from the time you walk through the front until you leave.
