Karen S. Rogers, DMD, MS is a Greenville, South Carolina native. She received her undergraduate degree from Clemson University. She then attended the Medical University of South Carolina and earned her degree in dentistry. She then attended the University of Michigan and completed her residency in orthodontics and earned a masters degree.
Dr. Rogers has been practicing orthodontics in Greenville since 1994. She has served as the President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Greenville County Dental Society. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, the Southern Association of Orthodontists and the South Carolina Dental Society. She has served as a member of the Craniofacial Anomalies and Cleft Palate Team in Greenville for the past 14 years.
Dr. Rogers is married and has two children. She is very involved in their school and is a member of Christ Church Episcopal Church. Her hobbies include gardening, reading and spending time with her family.
Brian Hamby, DMD is a Greenville native. He attended Wake Forest University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina and went on to practice general dentistry for two years as he pursued a residency in orthodontics. In July 2005, he completed his residency at the Childrens National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. This hospital-based program gave him extensive exposure to treating patients with special needs, including physical and mental disabilities and craniofacial abnormalities.
Dr. Hamby is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, the American Dental Association, the South Carolina Dental Association and the Greenville Dental Society. He currently serves on the board of the South Carolina Orthodontic Association. Dr. Hamby actively participates in many continuing education courses to remain current in his orthodontic education. He is also a member of the Six Elements Society where he has had the opportunity to study under and teach with Dr. Lawrence F. Andrews, DDS, a world-renowned teacher and orthodontist.
Dr. Hamby is very excited to be practicing in his hometown. He lives near Cleveland Park with his wife, Laura, and their children, Seaton, Austin, Nielsen and Camille. He attends Downtown Presbyterian Church. In his free time, he loves to ride his bike, run, play with his children and travel.
