Karen Roschella, DDS Dr. Roschella is a founder and CEO of RZ Dental Group which celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2018. Dr. Roschella has a patient-centric philosophy which focuses on providing excellent dental care as well as outstanding customer service. Dr. Roschella enjoys getting to know all of her patients and treats everyone like family. She loves creating beautiful smiles. Dr. Karen Roschella grew up in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, graduating from Greater Latrobe High School. She graduated with honors from West Liberty State College with a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. Dr. Roschella received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland Dental School where she was a member of the Gorgas Odontological Honor Society and the Prosthodontic Honor Society. She then completed an advanced general dentistry residency at the University of Maryland.

Dr. Roschella lives in Howard County with her husband and two sons. She enjoys yoga, skiing, traveling and pickleball. Her family cheers for the WHC Renegades, Glenelg Gladiators, UMD Terps, ASU Sundevils, Baltimore Orioles and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Ann Zinger, DDS Dr. Zinger is a founder and CEO of RZ Dental Group which opened its doors in 1993. Dr. Zinger is very proud that RZ Dental is known for its high level of customer service and community involvement. Dr. Zinger is committed to providing high-quality, patient-focused care with the latest technology in a relaxed environment. Dr. Zinger will meet you with a genuine smile and give you her full attention. Dr Zinger enjoys the constantly improving technology and will provide a wide range of treatment options.Dr. Ann Zinger is a longtime Columbia resident, graduating from Oakland Mills High School. She received her B.S. degree in biology from Towson State University, and then attended the University of Maryland Dental School where she received her D.D.S. degree. Dr. Zinger was Vice President of her graduating class as well as a member of the Prosthodontic Honor Society. She completed a post graduate residency program in advanced general dentistry at the University of Maryland. Dr. Zinger was Chief Resident of this program.Dr. Zinger lives in Western Howard County with her two beautiful daughters; Haylee and Riley, her husband, Billy, and their Weimeraners, Nixsea, and Jack. She enjoys the beach, being outside, watching her identical twins grow up, and spending time with all of her family.

Ashley Brown, DDS Dr. Brown graduated with a degree in Biology from McDaniel College (Formerly known as Western Maryland College) in Westminster, MD. She then obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. While at Meharry, Dr. Brown excelled receiving many awards and honors. She graduated in the top 5% of her class and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.Dr. Ashley Browns focus is on patient comfort and staying current with the latest technology and advances in dentistry. She places an emphasis on quality and comprehensive care with a warm chairside manner. Dr. Brown is also an Invisalign provider. Dr. Brown continues to broaden her scope of practice in dentistry. She is very excited to be starting her implant training at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Dr. Brown is an active member of the American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, and Howard County Dental Association.

Linda Team Leader Linda started with RZ Dental Group in 2006 as a part-time registered dental hygienist. After moving to the new office location in 2007, she became a full-time hygienist. In 2014, she became the team leader. She supervises the day to day operations of the office.

Monica lives in Woodbine, Maryland, with her blended family of six. She enjoys traveling and is always planning her next adventure. She recently started playing pickleball after being introduced to the sport by Dr. Roschella.

Kari Insurance Coordinator Kari has been in the dental industry for over 35 years. She joined RZ Dental Group in August of 2020. She is part of the RZ front desk team specializing in dental insurance.

Laura Registered Dental Hygienist Laura has been a part of the RZ Dental Group since 2007! She has been a team member in the roles of sterilization assistant, dental assistant, receptionist and currently dental hygienist. Laura is also an instructor at the Howard Community College Dental Hygiene Program. Laura earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Elon University and a Bachelor of Science in in dental hygiene from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She is currently enrolled in her Master of Dental Hygiene program at Old Dominion University. Laura is an active member of her professional association and served as president of the Maryland Dental Hygienists Association in 2015. In 2016, she won the prestigious honor of the Esther Wilkins Future Leader Award. She is currently the chair of the Dental Well Being Committee.

Stephanie Registered Dental Hygienist Stephanie is our full-time dental hygienist and has been with RZ Dental Group since 2014. She graduated in the top of her class from the Community College of Baltimore County. One of Stephanies favorite things about working with RZ Dental Group is the high level of care and professionalism provided to the patients. She has her license in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. Stephanie also takes a special interest in providing periodontal treatment.

Stephanie grew up in Baltimore County and currently lives in Ellicott City with her husband, Matthew, and their dog, Jade. When she is not spending time with her family, you can find her hiking, camping or enjoying the beach. Stephanie also loves traveling the world and looks forward to trying new authentic cuisines.

Fonda Registered Dental Hygienist Fonda is excited to have recently expanded her hours to full-time. She has enjoyed being a registered dental hygienist for over 30 years and accepted a position with RZ Dental Group in the Spring of 2018. Fonda says this has been her favorite place to work and loves being a part of such a great team!

Rachelle Registered Dental Hygienist Rachelle has worked at RZ Dental in the past and is so excited to be back as part of the hygiene team. She has been working in dental offices for eight years and recently went back to school to become a hygienist. She is truly passionate about helping people keep their smiles healthy. She has a B.S. in exercise science from Shippensburg University and an A.A. in dental hygiene from Howard Community College. She lives in Bowie with her wife Joey and their two dogs. She plays softball and baseball but she really loves to watch and play all sports.

Zehava Registered Dental Hygienist Zehava joined RZ Dental Group as a registered dental hygienist in the summer of 2018. She graduated from Baltimore City Community College in 2017 and has a special passion for pediatric dentistry.Zehava lives in Pikesville with her husband and three small boys. When she is not in the office, Zehava is in full-time mom mode with an occasional break for DIY crafting.

Tammy Dental Assistant Tammy has been working with RZ Dental Group since 1999. She is a certified dental assistant and dental radiation technician. Tammy is also in charge of the lab cases. She is the smallest one in the office, so she is easy to pick out! Tammy currently lives in New Market, Maryland, with her husband and son. She also has three wonderful stepchildren and a granddaughter, Aubree. Tammy has a rescue dog named Kacey and her hobbies include watching the Steelers play, spending time with her family and going hiking with Kacey.

Krissy Dental Assistant Krissy has been in the dental field since 2000. She is also orthodontic expanded functions certified. Krissy is living her best life with her husband and kids. She loves working out, boxing, traveling and most important spending time with her family.

Erica Dental Assistant Erica has been a member of the RZ Dental Group since February 2019. She currently lives in Owings Mills and has been a Maryland native her whole life. Erica is a certified dental radiation technician, the laser safety officer and is the lead for safety data collected by the practice. She is a full-time dental assistant but does a little bit of everything! Not only is she a professional makeup artist but she also enjoys bartending in her free time. When she is not working, Erica enjoys going out to eat with her friends, attending music festivals and spending time with her parents.
