Kappa Dental is fantastic! Excellent dental care and a kind and welcoming environment. Plus, their admin team is amazing at navigating insurance and making costs clear.

I've been coming here for my Invisalign treatment and dental cleanings with Dr. Khoury. Dental hygienist Biba was nice and thorough. They notified me of a cancellation so I could change my dental cleaning to an earlier date. I have recommended this place to my friends. Thank you!

Great service!

I had a procedure performed more than six years ago and had paid for the charges. I actually received a credit because the consulting dentist had mistakenly requested an unnecessary procedure (I believe it was Dr. Koury's wife who provided the original consultation) and another dentist at the office had to correct her. I switched to a different dental practice and I didn't hear from Kappa Dental afterwards regarding any balance. Fast forward six years later and they are asking me to pay a balance on the bill. Guess they are losing business and using desperate means to trump up charges for procedures performed years ago.

I've never been a fan of dentists, needles, etc, and had skipped out on getting a cleaning for a while due to Covid. When, during my cleaning, Cooper and Dr. Kazou told me I had a cavity, well...I kinda freaked out. But they reassured me they deal with far worse things every day in their office. Suffice it to say Dr. Kazou, Alberthe, and Cooper are three of the kindest, friendliest, and most well-trained individuals I've ever come across. They make going to the dentist not just a less-scary experience, but an actual enjoyable one. Dr. Kazou's bedside manners are second-to-none. Her expertise and care for her patients are above and beyond what I've ever experienced. I wish I could give them a 10/10.

I have been a patient with Kappa Dental for 12-13 years. I continue to see them because of their excellent level of service, comfort and compassion. I have experienced almost every aspect of the services that they provide and will say they strive to offer the best experience.

I have been a patient for about five years and have been very pleased with my care for dental. I recently had a cleaning and Biba was fantastic, very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and great communication, telling me everything that was going to happen beforehand and explaining things well. I've had a few fillings over the last few years and I feel like they have all been well done. The office has always been very clean and the staff has always been friendly. I really appreciated getting called when another patient canceled as I needed an appointment on short notice. Sadly I am moving out of the area, otherwise I would absolutely continue going here!

(I am a techie in my late 30s.) I have lived in South Africa, Australia and now in Boston and frequented many dentists over my life, many of them wonderful. I have never met a team more professional, prepared and caring than this one. Over the course of 4 years I have had 3 fillings, a crown and regular 6-monthly checkups/cleans done here. My wife has had 2 fillings and regular checkups/cleans. One of us, I won't say who, gets a little squirmy around needles. In the past this has kept them from the dentist for prolonged periods. This situation was made known to the Kappa team when a filling needed doing, and the solution suggested was remarkable: the other one of us was invited to sit beside the operating chair and hold the scaredy cat's hand while the dentist and assistant did their work. This has now happened twice and went beautifully both times. The human touch here, the goodwill and level of care is absolutely remarkable. Here you are really seen. My regular dentist, Dr. Ghassan Khoury, is a tremendous communicator and a very kind, gentle practitioner. I am always completely relaxed and at peace during my visits with him. He is particularly thorough in applying anaesthetic before a filling for example, and asks and tests to be sure that it has taken proper effect before we begin. I feel spoiled and grateful for the attention. Dr. Misha Zahedi helped my wife with her filing yesterday. She and her assistant Alberthe were wonderful: very thorough, communicative and gentle, and so warm and kind. It must be a team thing. The dental hygienists are AWESOME!!! Cooper (hi Cooper!!) is my hygienist and it is amazing how she manages to get me through a checkup and clean given just how well we get along and how much I subsequently want to talk. Bibiana is my wife's hygienist and they get on well too, sharing a stoic preference for silent cooperation. Since we get our cleans done at the same time, in adjacent stations, the mood is hilarious: Cooper and I chat merrily away while my wife and Bibiana haplessly listen along and giggle at our conversations. Cooper and Bibiana's advice has changed our home dental care routines for the better: we now use a much better type of floss and have transitioned to circular motorized toothbrushes, both of which have made a big difference. Everything is always so clean here and the equipment looks super new. When my crown needed doing two years ago, I realized that the machine that mills the ceramic blank into a tooth is actually in-house here, and not at some other location as is often the case, meaning that my crown procedure required just one visit and not two. I asked if I could watch the tooth being made by the fancy robot milling machine and to my delight, they let me stand and watch. It is a cool machine. This much love for a dental team might not be common but is totally deserved. Thank you Ghassan, Thenia, Misha, Alberthe, Cooper, Bibiana, Mayka and team.

The staff has been extremely friendly. the dentist made sure to check in with me frequently about whether I was feeling discomfort etc. while she did my fillings etc. If this were any other time, I would have given 5 stars for the experience. HOWEVER, I feel concerned about the covid protocols at the office. The office is a small family office, and there is not a ton of ventilation/fans going etc. there is a fair number of staff in there at one time. also, in addition to the dentist and the assistant, they had two trainees watching my procedure the whole time. it made me uncomfortable to think of how many people were breathing at me while I was unmasked -- and how many people were being exposed to me while I was unmasked. I don't know what the office's testing protocol is, how often staff are getting tested etc.

During my service, the doctor was discussing how to treat the next patient with the assistant. After my treatment, there was a WOUND on my face, but the anesthesia was too strong that I couldn't feel it during the treatment. The right side of my tongue hurt a lot when the doctor injected the stuff to numb my mouth, and even after 2 days, I still have a tingling feeling at the right side of my tongue. I hope it's just temporarily inflamed nerve. It's ridiculous that either the doctor didn't notice that his hand rubbed off a piece of skin on my face or he didn't have the courage to tell me what he did. I had much bigger dental work before and never had this kind to experiences. I now just hope my wound heals with no scar and my nerve recovers with no tingling feeling anymore. Should I consider bringing this misconduct up as a legal issue? The wound on my mouth is so obvious that anyone would ask me what happened.

I received excellent service. The office was clean and everyone was friendly and nice. Stacey was a great dental hygienist-making me feel at ease in the chair and explaining things as she did them. Dr. Khoury was helpful and answered all my questions. Glad I chose to go here.

I had a great experience through several appointments with Dr. Kazou and her team at Kappa Dental. Scheduling was easy and quick, they were very transparent with and conscious of pricing, I had no issues with billing/insurance, and the teeth they worked on look great.
