Dr. Richard Liu is the most patient dentist doctor we met. He took time to listen to our issues and explained and resolved in timely manner.

This dental office has been more than professional with our family dental needs. They are always on time, and we never have to wait like other places that we have visited. We have experienced no problems whatsoever and have been going there for years.

Dr. RICHARD LIU....Discriminating and incompetent. I called to schedule an appointment for 1 cavity filling. I requested white filling vs. Metal. The receptionist asked if I had x-rays. I replied that I could get them from the referring dentist. I thought they did this on a daily, not the case? I implied a quick phone call or email would take a day or so. I then asked for the next appointment date. The receptionist sounded confused and asked when we could come in? Then paused and asked what type of insurance. I replied with Quest, however before I could tell her Obviously it wasn't covered by any insurance I would be paying for it with my cc. She put me on hold several times then came back and said in this order: 1) "There is no appointment for a long time" this was the first flag! 2) Also "your daughter has an issue so she needs to find another dentist by calling the Quest office" flag number two 3) Dr. Richard Liu comes on the line after being on hold for 7 minutes to say "why can't your dentist do it" last straw!! I explained to both incompetent parties what the relevancy of the questions were? It was only after they realized I was willing to pay up front that they dropped the ball! I continued to ask when the next appointment was....reply: "like in October" I reply that's 2 weeks from now, when in October? Their reply "long time in October" By this time I call them both on why they are giving me the run around? If they both would just act like professionals and be honest in the first place, I would have moved on to the next dentist. To insult my intelligence and say "your daughter has an issue" LOL I told the dentist after he repeated what she said, ummmm isn't cavity fills the least of what dentists do? I'm thinking an issue is a root canal or wisdom pulling. Their spineless and cowardly practice is probably nothing short of their ethics and personal morals and character or I should say lack their of. If you are reading this please, move on to the next dentist so they don't waste your time (probably your money too!)
