Kelly has over 16 years of orthodontic experience and has been with Kaplin Orthodontics for the last ten. In the past couple of years Kelly has been our Financial Coordinator. During her free time Kelly enjoys spending as much time as possible with her daughter.
I have enjoyed working here since 1995. It is always a pleasure to visit with the patients and keep tabs on their many successes. My hobbies include nature photography and reading. I am also an animal advocate.
Dawn has been assisting for 28 years. She completed her Dental Assisting program at Illinois Valley Community College in 1986 and started in orthodontic assisting right away. 7 years she worked for Dr. Kaplin sr, and 6 for Dr. Kaplin.
During her time off Dawn is fully engaged in her family activities. The rest of the little time left she is walking the dogs, riding the bike, practicing yoga and cross fit. And her favorite movie is Sweet Home Alabama.
Ana is fluent in Russian, Romanian and English. In her time off her entire attention is dedicated to her 2 lovely children. She also enjoys being a Makeup Artist and an Eyelash Extensions Tech. Yoga and traveling are her hobbies.
Im one of the offices Spanish translators and the resident hair expert. I work at my moms beauty salon when she needs a little extra help. I have two wonderful children who keep me happy and tired at the same time!
Taylor has a degree in Psychology with Minors in Sociology and Social Work and lots of experience in medical offices. Taylor enjoys cooking, baking, and reading books. Taylor is all about leading a healthy lifestyle. She exercises almost every day, eats super healthy and is passionate about trying healthy gluten-free recipes. Besides a healthy lifestyle, Taylor appreciates a good, chic pair of shoes. Her collection of shoes just reached the number 50 and it keeps growing.
Nicolae has a degree in Information Technology and Engineering and lots of experience in Software and Web Development. He has been working with Dr. Kaplin for over 5 years. Nicolae is proud to be a Romanian champion at Taek-won-do and thinks that if he were to change his career he would be a great comedian.

Dr. Kaplin has been great to work with. He is patient and takes the time to make sure we are all comfortable with everything happening. The pricing was fair and clearly explained. The staff at the office are also very nice.

Everything has been smooth sailing. They are very honest, compassionate, easy to schedule appointment and always run on time. Very happy we choose Dr. Kaplin's practice! Anthony and Mia are both very happy coming for visits and I am very happy with the plan he gave them!

My kids and I are very happy with Dr. Kaplin and his staff. Dr. Kaplin is more conservative, meaning he is not putting two sets of braces on every kid. He is transparent about insurance, timeline, expectations, and cost. Nothing has been a surprise for me and the staff is always delightful and upbeat. I am very happy we chose this ortho for our kids' treatment.

I've had a great experience so far. The waiting room is entertaining and the staff are really nice. It's been pretty painless, and you can even pick multiple colors for the bands on your braces! I would recommend this office to anyone.

Just got my braces off today! Had them for about 2 years. Every visit was incredible. Amazing staff, very friendly, gentle, and kind in general. 100% would recommend Kaplan Orthodontics!

Just got my braces off today! Had them for about 2 years. Every visit was incredible. Amazing staff, very friendly, gentle, and kind in general. 100% would recommend Kaplan Orthodontics!

We have been very happy with our daughter's treatment at Kaplin Orthodontics. Dr. Kaplin has assembled an excellent team. They are very organized. The office notifies you in advance of every appointment. It is hard to forget. Dr. Kaplin provided several years of consult for our daughter with no charge. The treatment plan he has prescribed has been excellent. I am sure there are other great practices, but I don't need to search for one, because thankfully we have found Kaplin Orthodontics. Check it out. And thanks, Dr. Bob LoCassio for a great recommendation.

Kaplin only wants your money. His staff is worse and gossiped about me amongst each other. Avoid this place.

This place is great!!! If I could give them more stars I would. Dr Kaplin and his staff are so nice, so kind to my daughter and very thorough w explaining everything to both her and I. My daughter has had the best experience going here. Best Ortho in the area!
