Ryan is a graduate of Kamehameha Schools and San Jose State. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at University of Southern California's dentistry school and is a member of the American Dental Association and Hawaii Dental Association. He understands that each patient's dental needs may differ from one another. He works with his patients to make a plan for healing and for preventive care, as well as for keeping a confident smile.

BEST DENTIST EVER. (i have been to 8 in my life, and no one compares with Dr. Frasco!) Once, I had pain in my tooth--and I even indicated the WRONG tooth and Dr. Frasco caught my error!!! His expertise, skill and knowledge are INCREDIBLE. Also his secretary is awesome on EVERY LEVEL. She is so kind, thoughtful, friendly, and she ALWAYS gives an estimate if there is dental work that needs to be done, so you're never struggling or caught off guard and you can make informed decisions about your own care. Comfortable office, Dr. Frasco makes you feel comfortable too! I cannot say enough good things about this dentist and his staff!!!!

Dr Frasco is the best dentist I ever had. Dr. Frasco has very steady hands which makes it painless. I like being able to park right on the property, walk ten steps and be in the office. I don't have to wait long to be seen and the staff is very friendly and professional. He even has a TV in the patient room. Speaking with him is just like talking to one of my friends.

My family started with Dr. Minato in 1965 and has continued with Dr. Frasco in recent years. I have always been impressed with the professional capability of these two doctors. Also the doctors and their staff have always been outgoing and interested in the welfare of our whole family. They are the best!
