I never imagined myself writing a review on dental services, but that was before I received a highly skilled root canal job by Dr. Brown and assistant Savannah. I had a bad molar with two roots, both roots infected, and one root had two nerves running through it. As if that weren't tricky enough, the infected molar already had a crown on it. So Dr. Brown first had to bore through a very tough porcelain and metal crown before performing not one but THREE root canal procedures...on one tooth! What was astounding to me was that during the procedure the only discomfort I felt was two brief tweaks from the initial novocaine shots. Ten minutes in and the fear I'd walked in the door with was gone and I just closed my eyes and relaxed until they were finished. You always hear the horror stories about root canals. So let me say that if the one Dr. Brown gave me had lasted much longer I might have fallen asleep in the chair.

I highly recommend the services of Dr. Kendall and his staff! Dr. Kendall, LeRae and Savannah made my recent visit for a root canal fun! They provided me with such EXCELLENT and compassionate care! I am so happy Topeka has such a wonderful endodontic team! Thanks to all of you! PS-Loved listening to Garth Brooks radio station too :)

Had to be referred to them unnecessarily, to get another x-ray of the same type that I had earlier in the day already, then was referred again to someone else. I left here being told I wouldn't be charged, but in the mail I was. I reluctantly mailed a check back which they apparently never got, then got turned over to a collection agency with a fee tacked on, which I then paid.

Let me say that I let a broken tooth go with out treatment (totally my fault). I had an emergency root canal (my dentist was great) but unfortunately I developed an abscess. The first endodontist I was referred to scheduled me for re-treatment in 6 weeks. 1 week after scheduling that appointment my jaw started to swell, the pain was at a level that Extra strength Tylenol just wasn't cutting it and 6 weeks was an eon away. I called Dr. Marker's office on referral from my sister-in- law and they got me in that day for an evaluation. They stayed late to start my re-treatment to ease my pain. Thank you to Dr. Marker and her staff for taking the time to help me at the expense of their own personal time. I also received a phone call the next day to check on me to see how I was doing. Just wow. So in short, when your dentist wants to send you to an endodontist ask to be sent to Dr. Kristy Marker!
