As an undergraduate Dr. Papinsick attended the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, OK earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He was then accepted to attend the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. UPenn is recognized worldwide for its leadership in dental education, research and patient care. Additionally, it is one of only three Ivy League Universities offering dental medicine programs in the United States. Overland Park dentist, Dr. Papinsick earned a DMD degree (Doctor of Dental Medicine) from UPenn in 2011.
Dr. Papinsick then spent the next 5 years practicing restorative and cosmetic dentistry in Arlington, VA, a suburb of Washington, DC. In 2016 Dr. Papinsick founded Kansas Dental Center in Overland Park, KS. Dr. Papinsick is excited and proud to use his diverse clinical education and experience to serve the Kansas City community!

Altogether I had a great first-time experience at a new-to-me dental practice, which I had approached with some apprehension as I had been with my previous dentist for many years. Everyone made me feel welcome. It's a clean and attractive office, with what appears to be fairly new high-tech equipment, including a superfast all-around imaging apparatus. And best of all, their bitewing imaging equipment neither hurts your mouth NOR makes you gag, which is a HUGE improvement! I felt well-protected from rays during all x-rays/imaging, whereas in the past, I'd sometimes had to ask for protective gear. Dr. Papinsick himself did the teeth cleaning since I was a new patient, and was very thorough. I was able to view my 360-degree images on a large screen on-the-spot(!) while he explained everything I was looking at and let me know what was good (or not), something that's never been available to me at any previous dentist. Both he and John, his dental assistant, answered all my questions, and let me know what would be happening during the process, all of which seemed to be done using much newer/better tools. One tip...the parking lot and "front" entrance are around the back of the building.

I have been going to see Dr. Anthony for 3+ years. He is a great dentist. The front office staff (Gina) is always amazing when looking up insurance benefits. The hygienist (Lisette) is awesome too! The office has exceptional appointment reminder technology that sends SMS text or emails. They have mounted TV's that are viewable while you are in the dentist chair, and I love being able to watch TV during my visit.

VIP treatment for a dentist's office. I never have to wait long to get in, and they give you a warm lavender towel at the end of your cleaning. Five stars! Recommend to everyone!

Very organized clinic. The staff are very welcoming and the doctor is very good. He spends additional time trying to explain the problem and gives the appropriate treatment. Also clearly specifies which needs immediate attention and which can wait. This helps very well and can plan out based on your medical plan. Very glad we choose this Center for all our dental needs.

Everyone is so nice and happy to see you. They make you feel very comfortable and welcome. The office is very nice and clean. The doctor has a gentle touch and explains everything he's doing. Highly recommend!

As always the personal attention and professional service is second to none. The very latest technology is used and allows you to view so much of the teeth conditions as dentist explains what will be done and why. The people there are friendly and very accommodating! I highly recommend Kansas Dental Center !

Gina, John and Anthony made me feel important and were very gentle with me. Lysett was very accommodating and pleasant when cleaning my teeth. Last December I has a tooth start aching. Gina worked me in. Much to my relief Anthony examined me and made a referral to a specialist during the holiday season. Besides the office is warm, welcoming and beautiful!
