This place has gone down heal since Gary Freeland left. I went to get a check up I received the bill months later with a late fee. Prior to this bill I have never received a bill. Now they are charging me a late fee. Customer service was extremely disrespectful and hung up in my face. They also charged my niece a bill and she has never been to this clinic. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone.

The dentist himself is good. If your insurance is extremely simple these people might be okay. They have been an absolute nightmare for me, and may end up costing me a bunch of money in repeat dental work (xrays within a period where insurance won't pay again) at another clinic if they continue to cause trouble with my account and my records. I would recommend going elsewhere and save yourself future headaches.

I had to get my tooth extracted which is pretty stressful itself, plus my primary dentist was on holiday vacation. The on call dentist and dental assistant Mae were so comforting and professional. I knew my tooth would be extremely hard to remove because it was cracked horribly and they didn't have much to grip but these two ladies ensured I was comfortable and painless through the entire process.

Dr. Freeland is the Best!! Been going to KC Dental for over 20 years. Thank you, Mae, for assisting all this time. You do an amazing job and have always been very welcoming.

I called the office with a broken front tooth on a Friday and they worked me in immediately! Jacque and Dr. Hollingsworth started a crown that day and made me feel so comfortable! I appreciate not having to be without a front tooth! I will be scheduling all my appointments at this office!

I had to go into the Kansas City dental center for some tooth pain and left needing a root canal (my first). I usually hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Hollingsworth and Jacque put my mind at ease and made me feel really comfortable. I am glad I found a dental office I can trust and put complete confidence in.

So I've been coming to Kansas City Dental Center for two decades now, and Mae, Dental Assistant Extraordinaire, has been here for as long as I remember. She is always friendly and welcoming, excellent at her job and she delivers it all with a great sense of humor (something often lost at a dentist's office). Over the years I have moved further from the office, but I continue to go to this office based on their personnel. Did I mention they play the best music while you wait? If you're in the area, give them a try.

I've been coming to Kansas City Dental Center for over 15 years, and I've always had a good experience. That's saying a lot for someone who gets nervous about coming to the dentist. The office is always clean and the staff polite. All the way from Peggy in the front office to Malcolm in the back. And Dr. Freeland makes you feel comfortable at every visit. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

I've been coming to K.C.D.C since 1982, when I stared working for the State. I have since retired, but I still go there with Doctor Freeland! The staff is great and they are kind and friendly. It's like they are family! If you need a good cleaning, ask for James! He's awesome! Thank you for this Dental office, it's conveniently close to my home. Shellye- Brookside area

My family has been going to Kansas City Dental Care for more than 20 years! We absolutely love the staff, dental hygienists, and doctors. Everyone is personable, patient, and flexible with our work and school schedules. Ilene gets "in there" when it comes to cleaning. I actually look forward to my 6 month cleaning so she can make me feel great and put that beautiful bright smile back on my face. I highly recommend this team that has become part of our family!

They are awesome. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Mae Thompson matched my crown perfectly. Dr Freeland is really good at what he do. When I say once he numbs you, you will feel nothing. Been going there for a long time and will never go anywhere else. I would give them 10 stars or more.

I was privileged to serve the Kansas City Dental Center and Dr. Freeland for over 26 years first as front desk then as office manager. In those 26 years I have met some of the most wonderful people and felt honored to serve each and everyone of you. I would not have devoted 26 years to Dr. Freeland's practice unless he was an excellent Dentist. He is always fair, caring and professional. His approach to dentistry is excellence and always aware of his due diligence . Thank you to all of our patients who entrusted your dental needs to him and the rest of the staff. The relationships with my patients that I have built over the years will definitely not be forgotten and I will miss all of your beautiful smiles!
