The best dentist office in Central Arkansas. The friendly staff has a welcoming attitude every time I come in. They are very detailed in their work. I've been with them since I moved here 5 years ago. I've had my dental cleanings and also some cosmetic work done by the best staff ever. I wish I could give them 100 stars because they deserve it

I'm going to just be honest they do the work like any other dentist will do to get paid but the customer service is horrible these ppl took 3 Mos to do a deep cleaning an tooth extraction it wasn't any insurance issues or money issues I hate to play the race card but i honestly dnt knw how to feel listen to this got tooth pulled and the left side of my mouth cleaned on Aug 28th they scheduled me to come back sep.20 something I thought tht was horrible almost a month in between i seriously didn't knw tht went like tht so I opted to be on the "call list"the lady called me for a bogus appt I took off work an all just to be turned around so look my appt went back to sep 28th right the original date tht time but somehow they called again an I agreed to come in on a day tht I couldn't leave work so I'm thinking it's fine it'll just go back to the original date.WRONG they did me bad so I come in sep.28th just to get turned around again these ppl done wasted alot of time fr now my appt nov.8th smdh by the time they finish I'll need a whole new deep cleaningthey have no consideration for any body's schedule or life idk if they just think I have no life or what,It was really weird how they did me totally uncalled for I'll never go back here or take my dog here an I'll never recommend this place to anyone. Just my opinion customer service an the way ppl handle you is everything to.me now I gotta wait 3mos to get my mouth done some work tht most dentist could do in a day or couple days smh never again but we live an we learn thinking abt not even going back just wait til next quarter and get it done properly

Bravo and Thank You!!! I had a teeth cleaning done. I have gum sensitivities and the hygienist manually cleaned my teeth rather than using the water pic - no one has every been so attentive to my dental needs before! I'm sure it took her longer but the painlessness of the procedure made me a FOREVER FAN of Kanis Dental. And thus far, their cost estimates have been right on the money.

My wife had a filling done here and it ruined her tooth. She went to a new dentist within a month and they said 1 tooth is decaying 1 needs a crown and he missed that as well. I don't trust this place.

Dr. Matt pulled all of my mom's teeth and built her dentures to wear. They make her look so pretty!!

My bill was roughly $100 more that was I was originally told. When I am given an amount, in writing, I expect that to be honored. At the very least I should be informed when something changes. When I expressed my frustration the doctor talked down to me and said "we've never had anyone this upset before." It was discouraging and humiliating. This is not the place to go if you have a tight budget.

Today was my first time going there and I loved it. I defiantly will be going back! It is so clean and everyone is friendly. Casey was my hygienist and she was great! The doctor was also very nice!

Oh how I wish 0 stars were possible. My first impression of this office a nice, clean facility. But this place is a money pit. After thousands of dollars and countless visits I still have issues which have evolved to other issues now. I was sent home with pain killers and with no resolutions. When he tries to fix things, it becomes a bigger issue. Save yourself the headache. Go somewhere else.

I don't think I can say enough good things about this dentist. The Team and Dr. Bridwell himself have been so caring and understanding with me. Every time I come in I feel like I'm seeing an old friend, even if I've had fillings and extractions, usually really painful procedures I don't feel any type of fear coming in--Because I know all of them take good care of me, and at the end of the day I don't feel even a pinch. I've started recommending them to every person that talks about a dentist/dentist related/tooth/ anything because I just think they're the absolute greatest. I'm so happy I found them, and I'm sure you'll have the same experience.

Kanis Dental is awesome! I look for ease and that is exactly what I got here. Almost as soon as I got there and filled out paperwork, Casey took me back and the cleaning was a breeze. Dr. Bridwell was excellent as well and the young lady at reception (please forgive me for not remembering your name) explained the treatment plan to me. Everything took a little less than an hour. This is a really great office.

I love the atmosphere and the professionalism. They really care about what's best for their patients. On different occasions I wanted a higher level teeth whitening process and oral work done. They consulted with me about what was best for me, which was neither procedure, instead of what would line their pockets. I'm really glad I've been able to receive awesome service from Kanis dental.

I very afraid of dentists and Dr. Boswell and his staff treated me with utmost care and professionalism. I would recommend them to children and adults alike. They are wonderful!
